L emplacement , le site et la vue. L’extrême gentillesse d’Ines

L’acoustique , le personnel masculin n’était pas très avenant . Les installations mériteraient un bon petit rafraîchissement

Aangenaam met teleurstellend eind qua ontbijt!
Pros:

De stilte, goed bed, klantvriendelijk, Inez deed haar best aan de receptie en bediening.
Avondeten was goed en divers.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was erg summier, voor kaas en 2de kop thee of koffie moest je extra betalen.
Deze lokatie en ontbijt is zeker geen 4 sterren waard.

Encantadora
Pros:

El entorno rural y el encanto de estar en una bodega

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, pero se podría mejorar el tener un hervidor de agua en la habitación, en mi caso por ir con un bebe se agradece mucho pero también está bien para tomar té. Y en los baños que los vasos para los cepillos de dientes fuesen de vidrio en lugar de plástico. Por lo demás fantástico.

Muy bien atendidos
Pros:

Un hotel muy acogedor, gracias a las instalaciones y sobre todo a su personal. Inés y Ana muy amables, nos atendieron con mucho gusto y haciéndonos sentir como en familia.
El desayuno correcto y la cena, a la carta, exquisita, bien regada con vinos de la propiedad.
El camino de acceso ha sufrido con las recientes lluvias, pero pudimos acceder incluso yendo en moto.
En definitiva, todo muy bien.

Rural retreat en route to Cantabria region
Pros:

Whilst it is “off the beaten track” it is well worth the journey. A very rural location, with endless views across vines and countryside. The pool is amazing, great for swimming lengths.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, they especially made our border collie Ziggy feel very welcome, so much so, the staff dogs accompanied us on our morning walk.

Hier ist man nicht willkommen!

Die Hunde waren freundlich

Cons:

Das Personal war extrem unhöflich und unfreundlich. Insbesondere der Kellner oder Mann für alles.
Wenn man keine Gäste haben möchte, insbesondere internationale, dann sollte man den Hotelbetrieb lieber einstellen. Vier Sterne für dieses Hotel sind ein Witz. Es sind eher zwei Sterne. Wir haben uns noch nirgendwo so unwohl gefühlt.
