We had a quick overnight stay this time, but we've stayed here several times and look forward to staying here again
Pros:

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they worked with us to make sure our stay was enjoyable, easy, and comfortable. Its location is fantastically close to a metro stop with the A and C trains, making it easy to get both downtown and uptown quickly. The 24-hour deli across the street is also great for those late night returns after having a night on the town.

Cons:

The shower door didn't connect to the floor, which made it easy to spill water out accidentally.

Pros:

The property was walking distance to Columbia NY Presbyterian Hospital. It’s nice that they had a common area at the basement with microwave and disposable utensils with some tables if you want to eat. The room and bathroom was clean and big enough. They also had free coffee and tea in the lobby. Staff were really nice! They even printed our documents.
