too expensive for no amenities and was charged for a safe they had in the room.

terrible 1 day ok the second day

Cons:

repeatedly had to ask for a recliner for my husband who is a dialysis patient. I asked when I booked and called to make sure it would be there and we did not get it till the second night and it was just a lobby chair. I should have been told they didn't have one so I could have gone elsewhere.the pool was closed and we had several small children disappointed. was told "well it was on the website" we didn't book thru the website,

Fine except broken pool
Pros:

It was clean ,staff was descent

Cons:

Broken pool and we where there for a archery tournament and had our 2 year old with us,staff said pool had been down for a month, had weknow that we would have stayed somewhere else as the kids wanted a place to hang out and unwind after tournament

Room was spacious and comfortable but there were other inconveniences.

The room was very spacious and clean.

Cons:

There was no mention about the pool being closed during booking. We were in town for a sports tournament and I had brought all kids thunking they’d be able to swim but when we walked in there was a sign at the front desk stating the pool was closed. Also when I booked online my total was 198 dollars and some change when I checked out I got a receipt stating my total was 213 dollars and some change. It was only a 15 dollar difference so not the end of the world but kind of frustrating.

Uncomfortable and gross
Cons:

Eggs were awful. Shower was dirty; someone else's hair was on the walls of the shower. Towels felt like sandpaper.

This hotel was quiet, away from the highway/traffic noise. It also has plenty of space in the room.

Just an okay experience
Pros:

Clean hotel, clean rooms, most of the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The pool was not open, that’s the only reason we brought our daughter with us.
The man checking us in took forever, then kept walking away to tell his wife what else he needed from the store. It took him 25 minutes to check us into our room.

Maryann was great! I had a problem and she took care of it!

Cons:

We had a broken bed, pool wqa broken which is all kids wanted to do but couldn't. And needs some vacuuming in the open areas. And breakfast wasn't vary hot.

Convenient location for a quick one night stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs had an off taste and were grainy, the sausage were rubbery and the waffles were gummy. The price we booked at online was not the price we paid when we got there. The manager told me that the almost $10 increase was due to the taxes he could not control. Booking.com always includes that when booking online.

Would've been an ok stay if we could've disabled that doorbell

Room had a doorbell which was being rung all night long. Breakfast was cold. And all the charges after my room was booked and paid for
