Cobblestone Hotel & Suites Pulaski/Green Bay

The pool was not open, that’s the only reason we brought our daughter with us.
The man checking us in took forever, then kept walking away to tell his wife what else he needed from the store. It took him 25 minutes to check us into our room.

We had a broken bed, pool wqa broken which is all kids wanted to do but couldn't. And needs some vacuuming in the open areas. And breakfast wasn't vary hot.

It was great for our trip, nothing we didn’t like.

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs had an off taste and were grainy, the sausage were rubbery and the waffles were gummy. The price we booked at online was not the price we paid when we got there. The manager told me that the almost $10 increase was due to the taxes he could not control. Booking.com always includes that when booking online.

Room had a doorbell which was being rung all night long. Breakfast was cold. And all the charges after my room was booked and paid for

Went down for breakfast at 8am and food did not look appealing 😭. Did not eat anything but fresh fruit and a yogurt.

•The refrigerator was really dirty on the inside.
•The bathroom's bathtub was dirty, i had to wash it a few times before I gave my toddler a bath.
•The front desk/receptionist seemed to never be behind the desk, when I was trying to ask the receptionist for help with something.
- No one ever seemed to be standing behind the desk. I noticed i would be waiting on a minimum of 6 minutes, every time I had a question for the receptionist.

The customer service from the front desk was awful! We wanted to check-in a day earlier due to weather, so I called the front desk, and the lady working was pleasant and got us into a room that we wouldn't have to move out of during our stay. That was great! Then we debated leaving a day early due to weather again, the guy working the front desk kept telling me that I booked our entire stay through a third-party, which wasn't true. He also kept telling me that I needed to make any changes through the third-party that I booked with, well when I contacted the third-party's customer service they told me I needed to contact the property directly. We ended up staying for our full reservation time. When we went to check-out I asked for a receipt, which I was told again that I couldn't get because I booked through a third-party, I said that their customer service was awful and I left. Within the next half an hour I "magically" received an emailed receipt from the HOTEL and a message saying that the hotel modified the date of check in on the reservation. So, you just told me that any changes needed to be made through the third-party (which clearly wasn't the case, because I did through the front desk) and that I couldn't get a receipt because it was through a third-party and now, you're telling me that the hotel modified my stay?? Don't tell me the hotel doesn't have access to my reservation whether it was booked through a third-party or not! The hotel wouldn't be listed with a third-party if it was that big of a pain in the butt. I would say laziness and poor customer service skills. We have stayed at other Cobblestone hotels booked through a third-party in the state and have never had a problem and always get asked if we want a receipt when we check-out.

Only had wifi Hotspot, so some phone apps struggled.
