this is a hood apartment building not a hotel. this is cocupied by persons that have been evicted from their homes and now are using this hotel as their full time residence. One lady living there said while waiting for a staff person asked if we wanted her to open a room with a crobar that she had to let us in a vacant room. her room/home was completely decorated as her full time apartment. upon arrival there were over 5 people waiting to check in and the front desk was closed. then told 2 hours later after complaints made to corporate someone showed up and said the place was already all booked since earlier that day. no one was able to stay and left to sleep in their cars if they had not other accomodations.

I liked that if you kept to yourself you weren’t bothered but yea I’m from the beaches and there were characters of question that made me uncomfortable during my stay. That itself is a personal opinion. Trey on staff was friendly and respectful, but I wouldn’t come here alone as a young female . I had my partner with me.

It LOOKED like trap house after you go inside.

Drugs, fighting in rooms, loud music at night.

I fear for the staff having to deal with SUCH UNPREDICTABLE SITUATIONS THAT CAN COME WITH ALLOWING THESE THINGS.

So I left them gifts to thank them.

I didn't take photos they know
Sinks are out of order
Water pressure in showers are low
Drugs
And trap house is during the night
They know they have cameras

Incredibly dirty. Linens, sinks, toilet, bath tub, refrigerator was beyond disgusting. One of the towels smelled horrid as if they decided reusing it without cleaning is acceptable. I will be contacting the county and state health services.
