今次預訂了10個房間，有多於一半房間電源接觸不良，經常跳電(突然全房電源停止)，有些房間的燈不停閃爍！

WiFi 連接不穩定，經常需要重新登入。

Hyggelig betjening, men rom i dårlig forfatning. Vindu gikk ikkje å låse (låsen var borte) blei reparert ved at dei skrudde fast vinduet. Senga knekt, mangla tlf på rommet (kom på plass etter 2 dagar) vasken på badet lekker.

화장실에서 시궁창 냄새가 납니다.
컴플레인하면 스프레이와 방향제로 뿌리는걸로 막는데 임시방편이고 다음날 아침되면 또 납니다.
그것만 빼면 괜찮네요…..

The room was wonderful. The staff attentive. The golf splendid. The spa had limited hours but one could plan accordingly. The bed wasn't too comfortable but maybe that's an isolated case. Overall it was a great experience, one I plan on repeating soon.

Pros:

It is a very beautiful place but we were limited on what you could walk to. If I was golfing it would have been awesome but I was not. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable in my opinion.

Unforgiving upper mgmt.
Pros:

Hotel was fine except NO English TV. Problem with golf mgmt at Riverdale. No solo golf which I understand but would not allow use of practice facility unless had tee time AND caddie which I could not get since I was solo. Very unprofessional and total lack of PR. I left the next day and will not stay again nor recommend to friends.

the only problem was u need to wear a swimming hat in the swimming pool. so we couldn't use the pool bc we did not have the hats
