Arena Beach Hotel

My wife and I recently stayed at Arena Beach Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality really stood out the moment we arrived. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, which was a great start to our stay.

A special mention goes to Ripon, the bellboy, who was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our time there. He was always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like that made our honeymoon feel even more special.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, and the team’s service made our stay memorable. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy some quiet time together and celebrate the start of our new chapter.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Maldives, especially couples looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.

I've only been here 1 day and I'm disgusted that this is a 4 star hotel. Me and my wife went full board, the red flags started when we were told soft drinks are not included in this package, when getting lunch at the beach bar we were given a separate more basic set menu to order from as opposed to the bars normal menu, most of the island looks to be under construction, to top it off when we arrived to our room the walls are so thin you can hear conversations next door. The final straw was noticing the entire room looks to be infested with mites, I took this complaint to reception where I was told there was nothing they could do to change rooms at "our category" meaning not even an upgrade for the inconvenience and certainly no different room, I'm horrified at the state of the hotel and staff services avoid at all costs.

The hotel was superb and services were great. Morning breakfast had many options and inhouse sea activities was with discount. Recommend. Was there go honeymoon and the candlelight diner and room decorated well. Thanks to MR.Rybon for the great service.

Mothi was an awesome room boy. Everything was clean and fresh each day in the room. Water always filled.
Room was always in fantastic shape.

Hotel Arena exceeded all our expectations. We had a beautiful room with an ocean view, and it was cleaned several times a day – which honestly surprised us in the best way!
When there was an issue with the photos from one of the excursions, our friend was offered the trip again free of charge. That’s truly amazing hotel policy and exactly why we’ll definitely be coming back. Big applause to you!
The food was delicious – absolutely nothing to complain about.
We also have to mention an exceptional waiter, Hashim. We wish every hotel had someone like him! Not only was the service fantastic, but he’s also an incredibly kind, helpful and genuinely wonderful person. Thank you for the great, relaxed conversations about the Maldives and Bangladesh.
We travel a lot, but we’ve honestly never met anyone like him – so passionate and dedicated to his job. We need more people like this in the world! People like him should be hotel managers!

Out stay at this hotel was simply exceptional from start to finish! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the rooms are spotless and beautifully maintained, and the overall experience exceeded all our expectations. Every little detail is taken care of — from the delicious breakfast to the relaxing ambiance throughout the property.

A special mention must go to Ashik, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He is incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Ashik’s friendly attitude and genuine care made a huge difference. He turned a great stay into something truly memorable!

Probably the best location on the island. Next to bikini beach. Good WiFi, friendly staff, quite clean, has pools. Breakfast and dinner was not as good as it could be though. Not sure what food other places offer.

Everything was excellent. Hotel and servis was good. All people on the island are very nice. I would especially praise Hassim.

Terrible staff that won't admit their own mistakes and argue for an hour over a small problem that could be fixed in 5 minutes. Indian staff can't understand requests made in English then cause problems with their attitude and terrible manners.
