We had an amazing 4-night, 5-day stay at Arena Beach Hotel, and it truly exceeded our expectations! The staff were super helpful, and the room was perfect - comfortable, clean, and with a lovely view. Special thanks to Majitha, Niyaz, Isac, Udara, Shruti, Tamid, and Ibshiba for making our stay so memorable. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and satisfactory. All the services provided were good and well-coordinated. I would especially like to acknowledge the cleaning staff, Mr. Sultan, for his professional and efficient service. He ensured the room was maintained properly throughout my stay.

The restaurant has a very nice view, the food was very good, the Hawaiian salad was delicious 🌺. The people from there always kind and friendly, specially thanks to Hashim and Mahamud.

Neat, clean hotel with friendly and professional staff, I would especially single out Hashim, Ryad, Olly and Sultan.

I met some of the lovliest and hardest working people and most pleasent ones especially: Rijaad from the beach, Hashim from the bar, Sultan room service and Anju from the restaurant! Love themmmmm! We will be back.

Although we didn’t stay overnight, we visited for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food was exceptional, but what truly stood out was the service. Our server, Hashim, was incredible and his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensured we had a memorable afternoon. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Arena Beach Hotel recently and it was a terrible experience.

The staff attitude is the worst part. There is a clear bias in how guests are treated. South Asian guests get poor service while white guests are treated much better. The difference is obvious.

At breakfast, staff would specifically come and ask room numbers from South Asian guests while ignoring white guests completely. That kind of selective behavior is uncomfortable and unacceptable.

I arrived injured and requested an early check-in, but the manager Adriano was rude and completely dismissive. No empathy, no professionalism.

If you do not buy their excursion packages, expect even worse treatment. They clearly prioritize money over basic respect.

Reception was also unhelpful. I asked for a lower floor but was given the top floor instead, and when I questioned it, they argued instead of fixing it.

Overall, very unprofessional and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

Beautiful beach vibes with a clean, hotel-allocated beach front long beach with refreshing dring service.and an infinity pool with stunning sunset views. Rooms are clean with sea view,with basic amenities with daily water, tea/coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking.

Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special.
Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol.
Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling )

Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level.
Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable.
Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience.

Special thanks to BERLIN as he is only senior label staff who always asked feedback with friendly manner and engage to guest relation service.provided all the information needed about our stay including chekin check out process make everything smooth and easy.

Value for money: Excellent. A beautiful island stay you won’t forget!

I went to eat at restaurant infront of the hotel with my friends they have this lovely staff Hashim and Arpita their service is top tier. Looking foward to come here again and hope to see them again!

My wife and I recently stayed at Arena Beach Hotel for our honeymoon, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hospitality really stood out the moment we arrived. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant, which was a great start to our stay.

A special mention goes to Ripon, the bellboy, who was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our time there. He was always ready to help with a smile and made us feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like that made our honeymoon feel even more special.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing, and the team’s service made our stay memorable. It was the perfect place for us to enjoy some quiet time together and celebrate the start of our new chapter.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Maldives, especially couples looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay.
