On prior request, a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel is provided. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October). A reservation in advance is mandatory. If you travel with children, please inform the hotel in advance of their age and the number. Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property. From 18:00, guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the spa. These guests must always be accompanied by an adult.

الفندق اكثر من رائع
Pros:

الفندق رااااائع فوق المتوقع الغرف العائلية التي تسع خمس وست اشخاص كأنها شاليهات على الجبل ، المنظر خيالي تفتح باب الغرفه على المناظر الخياليه ، يوجد ويلنس ممتاز والعاب أطفال خارجيه وداخليه بصراحه المكان يستاهل روعه.

Velmi čisté, krásný výhled, wellness a shuttlebus v ceně do centra St. Moritz a na nádraží.

Cons:

Koupelna ve 4 lůžkovém pokoji by mohla být lépe odhlučněná. Chápu, že pro rodiny s dětmi je to asi dostačující. Ale pokud jedete jako dva páry nebo přátelé, počítejte s tím, že je tam nulové soukromí. V pokojích bychom také ocenili malou lednici.

Lindo hotel familiar
Pros:

El personal muy amable. El spa muy bueno. Los niños pueden acceder hasta las 18 hs. Tienen un arreglo con un rental cercano con 15% de descuento.

Cons:

No era posible tomar mate y comer algo en el lobby. No tiene un espacio pensado para eso. El transfer gratuito al centro tiene capacidad de pasajeros y horarios muy limitados. En el desayuno no había tostadora de pan. El taxi al centro salía 30 francos. No dan shampoo ni crema enjuague.

Funcionários muito atenciosos, na chegada deram uma atividade de caça tesouros para as crianças.

Pegamos meia pensão mas o jantar tinha poucas opções... além disso cobraram 20 francos por 4 garrafas de água da torneira que pedimos no jantar...
