On prior request, a free shuttle service from the train station to the hotel is provided. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance so that the free shuttle service from the train station can be arranged. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October). A reservation in advance is mandatory. If you travel with children, please inform the hotel in advance of their age and the number. Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property. From 18:00, guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the spa. These guests must always be accompanied by an adult.

Cons:

Pegamos meia pensão mas o jantar tinha poucas opções... além disso cobraram 20 francos por 4 garrafas de água da torneira que pedimos no jantar...

Una experiencia inolvidable (con un detalle por mejorar)
Pros:

Nos encantó el hotel, sin duda volveríamos. La ubicación es excepcional y la comida simplemente espectacular, ¡20 de 10! superó nuestras expectativas y fue una de las mejores experiencias de nuestro viaje por Europa.

Queremos destacar especialmente a Laura, quien fue un encanto con nosotros, siempre amable y diligente. Sus compañeros también fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Incluso cuando no hablas los idiomas locales ni ingles, hacen todo lo posible por entenderte y ayudarte, lo cual se agradece muchísimo cuando estás viajando.

Definitivamente regresaríamos cada vez que tengamos la oportunidad.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia en general fue muy buena, pero hubo una situación puntual que nos entristeció. Durante una de las cenas, uno de los meseros fue grosero con una persona de nuestro grupo que no habla inglés ni los idiomas locales. Le levantó el tono de voz y le lanzó el menú sobre la mesa, lo que la hizo sentir muy incómoda y asustada. Ella estaba sola en ese momento y no tuvo cómo reaccionar; más tarde llegó a la habitación llorando.

Fue muy triste enterarnos al día siguiente, cuando ya nos habíamos retirado del hotel y no tuvimos la oportunidad de informar lo sucedido en el momento.

Es una lástima que una actitud así opaque un lugar tan hermoso y un equipo que, en su mayoría, fue realmente amable y profesional. Confiamos en que puedan revisar este tipo de situaciones, porque el hotel tiene todo para ofrecer una experiencia excelente.

Hotel perfeito para famílias
Pros:

O hotel é excelente! Todos os funcionários são extremamente prestativos e simpáticos. O quarto é enorme!!! As camas, os travesseiros, edredom, as toalhas e roupões, tudo da melhor qualidade. O chão mantinha uma temperatura bem morninha. O spa também era muito bom. Possui dois restaurantes e tudo estava muito gostoso. Fica pertinho do hotel Suvetra, onde tem uma escola de esqui, aluguel de equipamentos e um Lift para subir até os restaurantes que ficam no alto. O motorista de Diogo, que fazia nossos transferes até a cidade, foi muito atencioso. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel, realmente, vale o investimento. Ficaria novamente, com toda certeza.

Great family-friendly value hotel in an uphill St.Moritz wonderful location
Pros:

Overall excellent value for money hotel for families & friends travelers and which doesn't jack up its prices during major local events. Wonderful views from the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfy, warm and quiet. Facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful and communication is good.
Excellent farm-to-table breakfast with lots of home-made and fresh options. A shuttle service is available for guests to commute to St.Moritz city center. Great hotel location overall.
Very well maintained property with efficient staff, e.g. there were some snowstorms during our stay and alleys around the hotel & parking were already cleared when we woke up in the morning. Great parking size with lots of space to maneuver, included in the total price of stay. We would definitely come back.

Cons:

The room could have been equipped with a coffee machine and disposable slippers as extra suggestions for improvement.
Bed pillows were too soft for a proper quality sleep.
Hotel shuttle hours could be also extended beyond skiing hours as demand is there too to access St.Moritz restaurants, shopping etc.
During the core of winter just be aware that the hotel is located quite uphill from the main road and it can be tricky driving up & down when the access road is all frozen, even with a SUV car equipped with winter tires.

We didn't try the spa nor the restaurants for dinner.

Kahvaltı güzel ve yeterli idi.Otel konumu dağa yakın.Merkeze araba ile 7 dakika uzaklıkta.Dağa kaymaya gidenler için avantajlı.Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever.Bir dağ oteli için yeterli tüm imkanlar var.

Cons:

Kapalı havuzu olsa ve saat 18.00 den sonra merkeze shuttle planlansa daha iyi olurdu.Akşamüstü aktiviteleri konabilir.Bu şekilde lobby daha faydalı kullanılır,Misafirler daha keyifli vakit geçirebilir.

Wäre ein Top Hotel, wenn es bessere Betten gäbe
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und wirklich alles top und neu eingerichtet bzw. umgebaut. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber wirklich schön auch mit Kindern.

Cons:

Die Betten waren leider viel zu weich und Kissen ganz speziell. So dass wir alle 3 morgens Rückenweh hatten und entsprechend schlecht geschlafen haben.

Alles bestens!
Pros:

Preis - Leistung war sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten Glück, in dem Haus mit dem Wellnessbereich zu sein - andere müssen erst zu diesem Gebäude laufen. Dies sollte man bei der Buchung sehen können. Ich würde nur in diesem Haus wieder buchen wollen, auch wenn die anderen auch sehr schön sind.
