Pros:

It is well located in Tamarindo. It is isolated from all the busy streets and it is very quite. The street to access the house is in a bad shape as it is not asphalted. 10 minutes on food to access the beach which is amazing. The house complex is very beautiful and it is well protected by the gate.

Cons:

The pictures shown on booking don't reflect how it looks like in reality. The inside of the houses are very old and would need a renovation. The potential of these houses could be much higher.

Belles pettes villas intimes. Une expérience rbrb plus qu'hotel. Pas de staff sauf pour l'entretien, tu as vraiment ce luxe d'avoir ta petite maison. Très tranquille et à quelques minutes de marche de la plage.. Les hôtes répondent très rapidement si vous avez besoin d'aide :)
J'y returnetais certainement!

Manque d extérieur pas une table pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l’apéro dehors on est déjà assez enfermé toute l’année, on ne veut pas être enfermé en vacances

Pros:

We loved that this place was just a 10 minute walk to the beach, but still in a quiet area where we didn't hear any noise at night in the room, and felt safe. The kitchen was very convenient. The pool was clean.

Cons:

There was nothing fancy about this place, but we were going for value over extras, so that was fine. The electric cords for the readings lights beside the bed had been cut off, so they were unusable.

Ok, mais besoin de rénovations.
Pros:

Emplacement, piscine, climatisation.

Cons:

Mal insonorisé, en pleine nuit, de notre chambre on entend les gens qui parlent autour de la piscine.
On a tué une dizaine de fourmis dès notre arrivée
Pas de miroir dans la salle de bain (en fait, il y a un seul miroir qui traine par terre, le long du mur)
Des lampes murales non fonctionnelles
La douche a besoin d'être rénovée, sale et pleine de vert de gris.
Éclairage salle de bain, rien au-dessus de l'évier et l'autre clignote régulièrement.

Lugar muy bonito, con espacios cómodos e instalaciones bien equipadas

Un poco tedioso para reservar , todos los mensajes eran en inglés por lo que no había entendido que había que firmar un contrato,’para firmar tenía q descargar una app y subir una foto de una identificación algo que no me agradó debido a la cantidad de estafas que existen hoy en día de manera virtual .
Solo para que den revisión la cafetera no funcionaba correctamente se apagaba . Después todo excelente

L’endroit est bien, cuisine complète et grand espace ouvert.

Cons:

Nous avions quelques fourmis dans la chambre, la piscine n’est pas au soleil et il n’y a pas vraiment d’endroit pour s’assoir à l’extérieur. Le miroir de la salle de bain était brisé et laissé dans le salon a un endroit peu sécuritaire.

0) insect - ants and one cockroach
1) Price - paid over 100 USD per night - stayed over for one week. There were people coming and going to the other units. One guest told me he paid 50 USD for him and his gf.
2) I needed to shorten my stay by one day. I requested this one week before I arrived. This was an unpleasant experience. It seemed that instead of chatting with a human it’s an AI chat bot. Then I finally when it reached a human - it was confirmed that they will refund. After few days of radio silence, I reached out. AI chat bot responded. I was again at point 0. I tried again to explain the situation. This repeated few times.
Long story short I didn’t get my refund.
Considering that I overpaid, I find this unfair and I would not again stay at this place.
