Kelapa Lovina Beach Villas

Property and staff are amazing, pool is superb. Black beach right in front.

We are At restraunt once for dinner and couldn’t fault it. We went to nearby bamboo a few times and food is amazing. We had breakfast at villas every morning and was very good.

We organised dolphin watching at villas and they pick you up right at front of pool. So convenient and good price.

The area around Villa is quiet, we got lifts into town and also organised a day trip through Villa and it was really good, seen a few waterfalls and museum etc.

We recommend for a few nights away.

Amazing

We have been staying at Kelapa for 10 years and have enjoyed the beauty, lovely staff, stunning pool and delicious food each time.

Right on the beachfront, only 5 villas and a good size pool. Staff were exceptionally helpful, food and beverages very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again, relaxing break.

Their meals are delicious,I especially love their pork ribs.

Overall experience: The stay was pleasant. The breakfast was good. The staff were very good.
Negatives: the costs for food and laundry are too expensive.
Positives: Small short rocky beach with little sand. Waves at the time of morning breakfast are great to watch. Room cleanliness, hotel staff, taste of food are good.

Beautiful find in quiet area. Lovely bungalows and friendly staff. A liitle bit out of tbe way although a free shuttle sevice takes you into town for part of tbe day.

Very nice hotel and beautiful grounds but there is really no beach here, so the name is misleading although it is on the water. Nice pool and restaurant with attentive staff

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing few days off the beaten track then this is the location for you.
This is a small family run villa, the staff are very friendly and truly want to make your stay a relaxing one. We were immediately made at home by the team when we arrived and looked after until we checked out.
Lovina and the surrounding attractions will keep you busy if that is what you are after, equally you can relax by the pool or have a dip in the sea - which is two steps away from the end of the property.

From the time I arrived to the time I had to depart, the hotel staff was exceptional with anything I could possibly want. The staff did everything they possibly could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The place is very well kept and clean. I would not stay anywhere else in the area, it was perfect!

Staff very friendly and keen to please especially Catoot, Murni and Tupu who were very nice and projected
a very nice ambiance for us. to enjoy.
Some painting is needed in Room 3 which is noticeable so other than that a great place to relax and take in the sites available in the surrounding area.

This is not a large resort. There are only 5 villas in total, which makes for a very peaceful environment.

Upon check in, I was greeted immediately, provided a juice welcome drink, and then shown to my room.
The room was very spacious and I loved the outdoor shower. Not to worry, it is well isolated. But a very cool experience to be able to shower outside. Makes you feel very close to nature.

The staff was amazing the whole time. They all asked my name and used it most of the time afterwards. There is a great effort to make you feel welcomed!

Since this area is the volcanic side of the island, there are black beaches. There isn’t really much of a beach area to speak of, but the resort has a very nice forever pool and pool area. The restaurant area is outdoors, with tables along the beach walk way and on the grounds near the pool. It’s amazing to sit in the peace and quiet at any time of the day and enjoy the sun, food, or drink. The service runs from about 7am. to 9pm.
Massages, tours, and airport/day drivers are available through the hotel. Just arrange in advance.

The owners of the place are also very pleasant. It’s a parent and son team. They are Australian and were very interesting to talk to. They’ll make sure you get what you need to make your stay enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this Beach Villa resort if you’re looking for a more quiet, serene visit vs. the more touristy southern region of the island. This place is Top Notch!
