Good for a solo traveller, not the best for family.
Pros:

It wasn’t too far from the Haram, and they have a shuttle bus.

Cons:

People had their rooms doors opened and were smoking, the smell was all over the walkway and sometimes the fire alarm went off because of it.

Pros:

Hotel was very clean, staff were super helpfull, housekeeping also easy to get it done. We booked double bed room but They have upgraded us to 4 bed room as we had kids with me. Without any extra charges

Cons:

Shuttle/bus service could be better. Its drop off should be more closer to haram as you still have 10 mins walk even after the drop off and shuttle Needs to be more frequently.
