Hotel Africa Maputo Business

Wish WiFi was better. I could not complete my business with the small amount of Wi-Fi time allowed per use. It seems that a business oriented hotel would make WiFi available for longer periods of time.

An email excellent hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and good service. A lovely breakfast too.

The hotel was well located, close to several restaurants, a convenience store, a pharmacy and a dentist(!). The front desk staff spoke Portuguese, Spanish and English. All staff were attentive, helpful, polite. Lovely breakfast service, convenient and well worth the cost. Over three weeks, we (2 adults) stayed three times, twice for 4 nights, once for 2 nights. Modifications to reservations were handled easily and without penalty. I will stay at Hotel Africa Maputo again.

Gostei da modernidade do hotel, da limpeza e recepção.
Quarto moderno e muito limpo. Apenas não gostei que as quatro almofadas fossem todas muito altas, ou seja, sem alternativa, para quem utiliza almofadas muito baixas.

Personnel accueillant et bienveillant.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The receptionists were really helpful. the surroundings are very much clean.Will consider Hotel Africa again during my next stay in Maputo.

My sray was good , receptionist was very good but break fast was bad

It was good and functional. The room (floor and work areas) could have been cleaner. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The "restaurant" was a rip-off and you should look for other alternatives for dinner.

Hotel OK for a budget hotel, breakfast continental not buffet, sane food daily, no coffee making amenities in rooms, and TV channels very limited and mostly in Portuguese

Já havia ficado nesse hotel em 2016. Resolvi escolhê-lo novamente por causa das boas instalações e bons serviços. Não está no centro, mas me atende muito bem.

I was pleasantly surprised to find myself impressed with this hotel. The hotel is quite new and modern. The room service food was good. Plenty of taxis out the front. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are fairly basic, but they are very clean and they also have a safe and a desk. I stayed on the 8th floor and the view was brilliant!

I would happily stay again. Thanks again!

I was always skeptical to stay overnight in Maputo,after some research done I found this Hotel online and were more than happy,and will definitely book my next business trip.The staff were very friendly and eager to assist especially with our loads of luggage.The owner also interact with us which made us feel more at ease and comfortable.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Location of hotel is only good if you want to be close to airport. Bedding was clean / bed comfortable but overall room did not seem well cleaned at all. Breakfast is ok.

Hotel and room is small but cozy. Staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is dissappointing. No receipt is provided if you book and pay for the room via Expedia.

The water in the shower gets very hot but it doesnt stay hot for very long. In addition, I didn't know not to drink the water in the shower. I will never make that mistake again.

Staff in the restaurant were rude. Room was not clean first day.
