A szoba szépen berendezett, modern volt. Az elhelyezkedés tökéletes volt: pár perc séta a Szegedi Szabadtéri Színpadtól.

Wie immer war das Hotel exzellent. Zum ersten Mal waren wir in einem Appartement in dem Nebengebäude. Großzügig Platz und sehr gute Ausstattung. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir zu diesem Hotel.

Pros:

Auf der durchfahrt 1 nacht gebucht. War begeistert von dem hotel. Super lage, fasst in der City. Noch nie so ein sauberes hotel gebucht. Alles war top. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Jeg ved faktisk ikke helt hvad der var godt, måske at receptionisten var venlig

Det værelse jeg havde booket var ikke det der var vist på billederne som jeg havde valgt under booking. Vi fik et værelse på den anden side af den oprindelige hotel. Gangene stank af kloak, ingen elevator og værelset var så småt at der var næsten ingen steder at bevæge sig hen, kun lige fra seng til dør var plads. Vi var fem i det værelse som de kalder super familie rum. En køje seng med plads til tre hvor børnene lige kunne være der men det værste var nok at køjesengen knirkede så voldsomt selv bare når børnene vendte deres hoved, det resulterede i vi som forældre fik meget lidt søvn, hvilket var vigtigt for vores vedkommen da vi køre fra langs vej. Derudover var der meget varmt i værelset selvom klima var på 21, den larmede. Ja jeg kunne blive ved. Er godt nok skuffet, kommer ihvertfald ikke igen.

Були вдруге в цьому готелі. В помешканні все сподобалось, мали дуже міцний сон, смачно поснідали та вирушили в дорогу! Дякуємо!

Overnachting ging niet door!

Cons:

Wat ik heb meegemaakt, is echt helemaal apart. Ik heb om 20.30 uur het hotel geboekt en ben om 23.15 uur aangekomen. Bij aankomst trof ik niemand aan bij de receptie.

Daarna werd mij verteld dat ze geen parkeerplaatsen meer beschikbaar hadden en dat ik mijn auto maar op straat moest parkeren. Ik gaf aan dat op Booking.com duidelijk staat vermeld dat het hotel over een eigen parkeerplaats beschikt. De reactie was: “Maar u heeft na 20.00 uur geboekt, dan zijn de parkeerplaatsen al vergeven!”

Dan moet je deze informatie ook duidelijk vermelden op Booking.com! Ik kom uit Nederland en mijn auto zit helemaal vol met bagage. Ik heb juist voor dit hotel gekozen vanwege de parkeergelegenheid.

Toen ik vervolgens aangaf dat de reservering dan maar geannuleerd moest worden, vertelde de receptiemedewerker mij doodleuk dat ik dat zelf moest doen!
