Jednoducho spokojnosť
Pros:

Vynikajúca strava, výborné animácie pe detičky. Napriek vysokým teplotám cez deň (15-16 st.C) sme si v sobotu a nedeľu doobeda užili fantastickú výkendovú lyžovačku nakoľko v noci boli mínusové teploty a svah bol ako vždy perfektne upravený.

Cons:

Ceny trochu vyššie, ale služby veľmi dobré. Aspoň nachvíľu sa nám žiadalo zastaviť čas a pobudnúť tam aspoň ešte jeden deň navyše.

ski in ski out! restaurant is good, buffet is good, all super clean. Its great value for money, so much activities and i guess amazing for families with young kids, they are allowed to run around everywhere all the time!!

Cons:

Kids running around everywhere. I think they should close the welness for kids at certain time to allow adults to relax. its to much noise. They should offer sugar free energy drinks and its weird to be in a resort not being able to buy cigarettes.

Už hneď počas vybavovania pobytu počas telefonickej komunikácie som mal príjemný pocit z prístupu personálu čo sa potvrdilo aj v priebehu pobytu...
Prostredie poznám a to bol dôvod stráviť tam čas a ubytovať sa vo vašom zariadení

Cons:

Zjavné som chytil keď sa menili kuchári 😁 na druhý deň pri raňajkach mi chce alá zapečena mrkva

Cons:

Vyhlad zo SPA a mini zahradky je na parkovisko pred hotelom a nedaleke parkovisko pri zjazdovke. Pre tak vynimocne pekne miesto v lese ako sa hotel nachadza, to mohli navrhnut a zariadit inak....aby sa clovek citil ako v prirode, nie na parkovisku. Minimalne tam vysadit vacsie crepnikove rastliny.
