Everything about this property was extremely fantastic! But honestly the best thing about this place is experience and the reason for that is because of the people that work there I stayed there for one week and I felt like they were part of my family when I left the people that work in a restaurant people who work in the lobby so accommodating and so friendly to me just like all the people in Beirut! Thank you so much for everything!
Rood way is very bad
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with nice amenities to enjoy your stay.
Additionally, the hotel further shines thanks to its staff! They are all extremely polite and ready to help whenever needed, from calling taxing and sorting all trip details (in Arabic) to booking PCR testing and others.
I definitely recommend staying in Monte Cassino hotel and will gladly come back for my next trip to Lebanon!
This hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are so spacious and chic in style. The rooftop restaurant has an incredible view of the ocean and the mountains, plus the food is delicious! The pool is also really nice to cool down by.
For me though, the service was a real highlight. The staff went above and beyond with everything they did, especially during such a difficult time in Lebanon. They really made the whole experience so smooth and they are all so lovely and friendly.
A friend and I stayed for one night at the hotel and we had a fabulous stay. Jennifer at the front desk was very professional and hospitable and attended to all our request. The rooms are clean and well equipped with a beautiful restaurant on the top floor. Highly recommend this hotel.
