Room had kitchenette, well equiped with everything to cook full dinner, very clean, quiet. Staff and owner fantastic and friendly. Very well positioned to buses,restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend these apartments

Modern, light, nice little space, easy access to tube station and walking distance to Paddington Station. Enjoyed the area, lots of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets. Staff were excellent, very accommodating, and apartment was easy to access.
On occasion we could hear a neighbour's TV through the bedhead wall, but not persistent enough to really annoy us.

Location and amenities
The apartment was very clean and on a great location. Tube and buses are few minutes away , with local supermarkets and great bars, pubs and shops around.
The property is very close to the Bayswater Metro. Very easy to get to all the tourist areas . It’s a lovely little apartment with everything you need to do a bit of cooking or to sit back and relax after a busy day sightseeing.
There was always someone on the front desk that was able to help you and we were able to leave our luggage before we booked in as we arrived in London very early. I would highly recommend this apartment if you were staying in London.

The bed was a New York style above but the ceiling was so low that you have to crawl in and out. Had hit our heads a couple of times when getting up.
We stayed at a Premium room for 7 nights. We used the kitchen quite a lot and that was a priority while looking for a hotel. They have all the basics for the kitchen (fridge with a small freezer, cutting board, cutlery, plates, knives, corkscrew, bowls, grater etc.). After reading some reviews I brought my own sponge though, which was useful. They provide washing liquid, a tea towel, few pods for the dishwasher. We didn't use them but a washing machine, ironing board & iron were available in the room. I appreciated the amount of hangers they provide and the space in the closet. We stayed in room 404 and there was a terrace available for guests. We made use of it a few short times. The bed itself was very comfy, though a bit small. The pillows were a big thick for our taste, but it didn't bother us too much. The AC worked perfectly and it was very much needed in the heatwave. The room was very clean. They took emptied our trash every day and cleaned the room once midway through our stay. The hotel has 3 different underground stations close to it (Bayswater, Queensway and Royal Oak). There are 5-6 different supermarkets closeby (including an Asian market). Hyde Park is a close walk away. Our check in was very smooth. We had to leave before the reception opened, so we left our keys in the mailbox in the reception. I would highly recommend this hotel. I booked our room 5 months before our trip and our was the only Premium room left, so I suggest booking in advance. I've looked at pictures of the other rooms and though they seem like a good value for money, I'd suggest booking a Premium one if you want more of a comfortable stay. I also want to thank the staff and Mr Avni, they were very kind during our entire stay. I didn't get his name, but someone even offered a weighing scale for our suitcases. Thanks for everything!
The bathroom is a bit tight. You have to open the sliding doors to the bathroom first to be able to get into the shower comfortably, otherwise it becomes very tight. It wasn't a big issue for us, but for some people who are not very close, it might be a problem to consider.
