Je nachdem, welches Zimmer man kriegt, kann es nachts sehr laut sein.
Cons:

Aus meinem Hotelzimmer hörte man nachts Güterzüge vorbeirattern. Das war so laut, dass das Bett regelrecht gewackelt hat.

Good value, fresh breakfast, friendly staff.
Pros:

Its location - super easy to get into the city; I had a conference in Bonn near the “UN campus” stop and commuting was effortless.

Also the breakfast was always freshly prepared and they had very kind staff.

Cons:

The shower is quite small & built into the slanted wall and when you shower the water leaks out onto the floor. It’s something that was suboptimal, but not the end of the world.
