Hotel muy comodo y excelente ubicacion.
Pros:

Me gusto la comodidad y tamaño de la habitacion. La limpieza siempre en hora.
La ubicacion excelente. Personal en su mayoria muy amable.

Cons:

Podrian mejorar el desayuno. Ningun dia pusieron una proteina animal (carne o pollo) solo huevo. Igual todo el resto variado y mejor que otros hoteles.

muy confortable estadía

Great location in Providencia.
Pros:

This hotel is at a great location in the middle of Providencia, which is a middle-class and very safe area of Santiago.
The price is right. Location is right. Easy walking in the neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy travel by the metro or taxi/uber anywhere in Santiago.

Cons:

Restaurant is OK but many other choices nearby.

Cons:

El personal CERO atento. Primero nunca me ayudaron a subir las cosas a la pieza, tuve que cargar yo el carrito y subirlo y claro yo tuve que bajarlo también. Porque lo dejé en el pasillo para que lo bajaran y estuvo ahí todo el día, nadie lo bajó.
Después pedí si podía entrar al restaurante que abría a las seis y media de la tarde (eran las seis) para darle comida a mi guagua, me dijeron que no, que no podían, que comiera afuera (nunca entendí el no, no les costaba nada).
Las piezas súper sucias, mi cama con un colchón terrible, la puerta del baño no cerraba y había mucho ruido de los extractores, así que, el no cerrar la puerta no permitía un buen silencio. Las toallas si bien olían a que las habían lavado, estaban NEGRAS.

El hotel en sí olía pésimo, a desagüe. Asqueroso. De verdad

El desayuno muy malo igual. No había variedad y la verdad es que estuve como cinco días y todos los días con un dolor de guata terrible. No se que onda la comida.

Localização excelente, café razoável, quartos grandes e bons, eles fazem lanche para passeios muito cedo pedindo antecipadamente.

La ubicación es muy buena, las habitaciones son antiguas pero cómodas, con buena calefacción y limpias.

Cons:

Tuve un problema importante con el staff del hotel: me cobraron dos veces el hotel. Primero lo cobraron a mi empresa y luego en el checkout me lo cargaron a mi tarjeta. Esta situación fue bastante incómoda pues ellos, en vez de disculparse, insistieron en que fue mi culpa. Incluso señalaron información falsa, diciendo que ellos me indicaron en varias ocasiones que debía enviarles el recibo de pago de mi empresa, cosa que no ocurrió. De hecho, al momento del checkout, la persona que me atendió me dijo que todo estaba en orden, que habían recibido el pago de mi empresa y que no se haría cargo en mi tarjeta. Noté que la persona se complicó al momento de quitar la tarjeta asociada y luego al otro día vi que habían cargado la habitación nuevamente. Afortunadamente, luego de un par de días, me devolvieron el dinero; sin embargo, las respuestas del staff fueron poco transparentes y poco profesionales. También evidenciaron descoordinación y falta de comunicación entre los miembros del staff.
