Very Poor hotel
Pros:

It was pathetic. Hotel located in Laemchabang, which was more than 30 K.M away from Pattaya beach, taxi took half an hour for Pattaya beach & charges was 500 Bath one side. Hotel don't have kitchen facility after 7.

I'll not recommend this hotel. Go to other hotels near pattaya beach.

Cheap, Clean and large room
Pros:

I stay here 1 night with single bed. I found this place from Agoda with cheap price that around 650 baht/night. There is full tax bill for Sales who needs to reimburse. It is located near Kasetsart University. There is no restaurant and Shop around but the hotel have all in limited time. It have some noise from car because its very close from main road.A strong wifi is available in room.

- It is very good if you compare with price.

- โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในสถานที่เดินทางสดวก
- สภาพห้องใหม่เหมือนในรูปเพราะพึ่งปรับปรุงใหม่ เฟอร์นิเจอร์บิ้วอิน
- พนักงานต้อนรับและพนักงานทำความสะอาดสุภาพ บริการดี เป็นกันเอง
- มีที่จอดรถ และในเวลากลางคืนมีเจ้าหน้าที่ รปภ.เดินตรวจตลอด
- อาคารเป็นอาคาร 4 ชั้น กำลังอยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการติดตั้งลิฟท์
- มีมินิมาร์ทของโรงแรมอยู่ที่ชั้นล่างของโรงแรม มีเครื่องดื่ม ขนม ของใช้ส่วนตัวขาย ราคาอัพจากราคากลางตลาดเล็กน้อย ในระดับที่รับได้
