Pros:

The bed was comfy, but full of stains, and the bed sheets were never changed (5 days staying), and smelled mould

Cons:

Pool filth (snot or splits were in the pool),very dirty bathrooms, toilet seat was leaking when using(!) related urine and ... smell. Everything was dirty

Cons:

The bathroom was not in a clean condition, and I was not comfortable using the shower. The overall hygiene standard did not meet expectations, particularly for a space intended for personal use. This made it difficult to feel at ease during my stay. I would have expected a much higher level of cleanliness. I kindly ask that this issue be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests

Worked as a short stay with comfort
Pros:

We were only here for one night before we took the boat to the Gilis. Room was massive which was a bonus. Good pool and plenty of restaurants close by. Perfect for a short transit stay

Pros:

Super Lage, in paar Minuten am Strand. Sehr sauberes Hotel. Mitarbeiter freundlich zuvorkommend. Viele Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe.
Pool bar hat Spaß gemacht.
Die Massage im Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Alles war toll . Es gibt keine schlechten Seiten

Second time there and just booked again for next year amazing location and friendly staff

Ac in the room wasn't really cutting it this time withe the 31º days and the fact room 405 didnt have a smart tv was disappointing was stuck with local channels so nothing in English

Дали самую угловую комнату за рецепшеном. Была очень сырая и нельзя было проветрить т к дверь выходила где всё время были люди. Обещали поменять но не поменяли.
