I guess you get what you pay for ( cheap hotel )
Pros:

the hotel was a great location that is why we picked it
the staff were very lovely and friendly ( your best asset )
breakfast was ok nothing special
the air conditioner worked great
the room was cleaned with the beds made nicely

Cons:

the room was very disappointing we were upgraded ( hate to see what we would of had ) the bathroom lots of mould
there was a plaque on the wall telling you it takes 5-7 minutes for hot water to come thru this was very accurate what a waste of water
there were loose tiles on the floor the toilet base was not fixed to the floor properly and wobbled and when you sat on the seat it swiveled over to the side, 1 of the basins was cracked and it left water over the floor all the time even though we didn't use it, during the night a piece of plaster around the man hole fell off on to the floor the walls on the outside of the bathroom were swollen paint from water damage there is more but I leave it at that

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff of this hotel! Especially Lina and Satriya for their professionalism, easy communication, responsibility, and punctuality. If you want to see the most beautiful places in Bali, then you simply must go on your adventure with Satriya! You will eat delicious food, and you will have lots of photos and videos that Satriya will take for you! And all this pleasure at a very reasonable price! I recommend it without a doubt!

onze kamer was serieus een bouwval en goor! schimmel overal, lekkende airco, gore lakens , geen verlichting bij wastafel, hing al een kaartje bij de douche, dat je 7-10 minuten moeten wachten op warm water. na 15 minuten kwam er een beetje warm water, geen druk op water. Na de klacht konden we een andere (ook slechte) kamer krijgen. Niet gedaan. Bah echt verschrrikkelijk. Misschien andere kamers beter, maar niet de onze!

Semua staff ramah & super helpful.
Family roomnya very spacious, kamarnya bersih & nyaman, tempat tidur juga nyaman.
Ada handuk terpisah setelah berenang di pool, sangat membantu.
Anak2 sangat suka dengan ikan di kolam yang bisa diberi makan :)

Ada kecoak di kamar mandi :(
Salah satu kamar bau sekali begitu masuk ke kamar ntah kenapa, setelah disemprot banyak pewangi ruang barulah agak mending.
Kamar mandi licin, anak sempat terjatuh. Mungkin bisa diberi keset karet agar tidak licin.
Jalan masuk hotel sempit sekali, terutama untuk hi ace. Tapi bagusnya, security sangat helpful untuk memandu mobil keluar masuk.

Tiles very slippery, needed lots of towels down to walk without slipping.

Location, happy staff and safe area
Pros:

Very good location, happy and talkative staff, safe area. The greek restaurant next door is great and cheap, and Coin Laundry next to that is great service for washing.

Cons:

floor in the bedrooms definitely need to be mopped daily instead of just swept, walking barefoot in the room feels and looks unclean.
