L'emplacement de l'hôtel et la grandeur de la chambre

Cons:

Mobilier vieillissant. Dans la salle de bain, un trou au plafond laissant probablement passer les souris puisque le plan de travail avait des crottes de souris 🙁

Price was good, location great
Pros:

Location was great. Lots resturants and shops close by 5 min taxi ride to Icon, 5 mins to beach. Staff were good, Pool area was great.

Cons:

The bathroom floors are so slippery, the water pressure is different in different rooms also hot then cold all over the place( we had 3 rooms). The restaurant food wasnt the best, the balcony doors(rd side) have huge gaps so noisy with traffic, No lift to top floor(only to 3rd floor then stairs). Lobby floor can be slippery when ppl come out of the pool area.
But overall for price was good.

Cons:

My room wasn’t supposed to have a balcony, but they told me they would give me one that did. Unfortunately, it overlooked at least six air-conditioning units that were extremely noisy, and the sink was clogged.

Vraiment agréable et reposant avec un personnel dévoué

L accès à la piscine peut être difficile, je trouve qu’il n’y a pas assez d’espace de places disponibles

Geweldig personeel. Altijd vriendelijk en super behulpzaam! Het ontbijt is een heel erg goed a la carte ontbijt met een kleine aanvulling vanuit een buffetje. Met speciale dank aan Arsa <3

Grande deception
Pros:

L emplacement de cet hôtel est idéal. Le personnel est adorable et heureusement...il compense l état de l hotel.la literie est bonne et l hotel est silencieux ... à part l ascenseur.

Cons:

Le "studio" Chambre la plus chère .au RDC sans fenêtre et sans lumière du jour....une cave ! Avec les murs plein de salpêtre.... L hotel lui même a vraiment besoin de rénovation et ne vaut pas plus que 2 étoiles... Heureusement le personnel vraiment adorable aide à faire digérer la déception du choix de l hotel! Sans oublier l ascenseur qui fait un bruit comme un boxeur qui tape très fort dans un sac, a chaque fois qu'il s arrête à un étage .

I’ve said it above
Pros:

Ansa was extremely efficient, friendly and approachable. I booked twin room on ground floor as I went with a friend, however when we arrived they had given us room with double bed on third floor which was not acceptable to us as we were friends NOT A COUPLE. Arsa dealt with this immediately and changed room and upgraded us. All staff were very friendly. The hotel was a little tired but very comfortable.

Cons:

To have been given room with double bed when I specifically requested twin beds on ground floor (I’ve had two major knee ops) because we were friends not a couple. But as I said this was rectified immediately by Arsa and also a ground floor room.

Good hotel

Good location near to bars, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The staff are very polite and friendly

There is a noisy road outside so try and get a pool facing room. The pool is nice but there is not many beds and they are all crammed together..

Pros and cons of an hotel undergoing renovations
Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff. Car park was a great asset. Clean and comfortable bedlinen etc

Cons:

Because they are undergoing g renovations as the hotel looks worn we had a very reduced rate, and the builders noise only happened when we were out. 3pm is too late for check in, 2 pm is normal.
