The staff were great, the breakfast buffet wasn't great but the accompanying meals were pretty good.
The location of the hotel was good and there was a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, also reasonably close to the beach.
The hotel needed some love.
Our bathroom had missing tiles on the floor, a hole in the wall, poorly sealed bathtub (mouldy) and a shower over the bath that made it impossible not to flood the bathroom every time you used it.
Our "pool view " room actually had a view of a peeling wall.
The bed could have done with a new mattress as it was pretty hard.

They took outrageous advantage of me and charged an exorbitant amount of money.
The pool bar closed at 4pm. We could not get ice from the kitchen after 9pm. The staff let our delivered pizza go cold at reception instead of letting us know it had arrived.
It was absolutely AWFUL and I will never stay there again and will tell everyone I know not to stay there.

The noise on road side rooms is very loud. Not the fault of the hotel, as they can't control scooters rising past with very loud exhausts.

I found out I had been charge almost double what others had paid. Also for the first three nights I was put in an abysmal room on the fourth floor when the elevator only went to third floor. Also was on the traffic side of building so sleep was minimal.
