Great place, fair price and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The gardens, the spa, the restaurant were the highlights of the resort

Cons:

Pros:

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé, véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de Bangkok. Joli jardin et piscine très agréable après une journée de visite.
Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel très agréable et chambres très joliment décorées.
Tout était vraiment parfait !

The chairs around the pool were not that clean. This could get more daily attention. And the rooms for 3 persons are small.

Auf den Bildern sieht man such Thai Essen, was komplett anderes war und fehlte.
Personal war ok aber nicht wirklich freundlich.

I like the room it really was really large and confortable. Quiet.
The location was good it was just 10 minutes by taxi to the main attractions.

Ruhige Oase in Bangkok
Pros:

Die Hotelanlage ist schon was Besonderes mitten in Bangkok - wie eine kleine Oase.

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr abgehalftert und müsste erneuert werden. Das macht tatsächlich den Gesamteindruck etwas kaputt.

Cons:

I stayed at the Hotel Park Plaza Waterloo for
four nights. When I entered the room, the air didn’t feel very fresh.
The room doesn’t have windows that open. In the bathroom, I found long black hairs on the floor and in the shower.
I mentioned this to reception, but two days later the hairs were still there. On the third day, someone came in and changed the towels but didn’t remove the hairs from the shower. When I left, it was still there.

Honestly, nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and I paid around €290 per night. This is a two-star hotel with four-star prices. I made a complaint and, as an apology, the management offered me the following options:
“VIP cleaning service for the duration of your stay”
So does this hotel actually have a VIP cleaning service?????
‘Free toiletries’
But that’s standard in all hotels, even two-star ones!
And other trivial things.

This was my experience in London at the Park Plaza Waterloo Hotel.
I certainly won’t be going back there.

Un paradiso in mezzo alla caotica Bangkok
Pros:

La struttura è un oasi di pace al centro del quartiere storico di Bangkok! Struttura pulita e curata con personale disponibile. Il punto forte è il giardino con piscina in cui è possibile rilassarsi qualche ora tra una passeggiata e l’altra!

Cons:

Unica nota negativa, alcune stanze danno su una strada rumorosa. L’isolamento è buono, ma se avete sonno leggero, qualche rumore potrebbe svegliarvi!

Tolle Lage mitten in der Stadt.

Cons:

Zwei Zimmer mit der gleichen Kategorie gebucht, aber zwei unterschiedliche erhalten. Licht im Badezimmer unzureichend, nicht geeignet zu rasieren oder schminken. Gartenmöber vollig verdreckt mit Vogelkot. Pool überclort, der Geruch ist unangenehm. Überall auch im Garten wird stetig Musik gespielt. Restaurant nicht der Rede Wert. Angebote völlig überteuert. Fenster völlig verdreckt. Betten viel zu weich.
