Really quiet, chill and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Front desk was super nice at check in and when getting night goodies. The cleaning staff was amazing!! Our kids had some accidents and they were right around the corners and took care of it on the spot.

Cons:

Lobby didn’t have regular milk. My baby needed a bottle and I had forgotten to buy some regular milk and the lobby only had chocolate milk. The other issue I would say that the tub in our bathroom was cracked but other than that everything was good.

It was a beautiful stay! Great location, friendly staff working on a holiday. So grateful!

Cons:

I could not find those great coffee machines they have at holiday inn American fork, no coffee til morning, and just an urn. Everything else was perfect!

I loved the friendly staff and the dog friendly atmosphere. Pretty nice hotel lobby and setting on main floor

This message is in regard to our recent stay at the Holiday Inn St. George Conv Ctr, which began on November 7, 2025.
I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. First, we were quite uncomfortable to find that the hotel had overbooked on queen beds.
Traveling with a toddler who sleeps independently, having adequate sleeping arrangements is crucial, ano the situation made our stay less restful than anticipated.
Secondly, and more significantly, we did not have hot water for showers during our entire two-night stay.
This was a considerable inconvenience and significantly impacted our ability to comfortably prepare for our days.

The WiFi was horrible.
