Overall, the very nice quiet location, easy in easy out

Cons:

The AC unit in our room made noise all night if it was on. If it was off, the room was sweltering. Sleep was constantly interrupted.

Really quiet, chill and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff. Front desk was super nice at check in and when getting night goodies. The cleaning staff was amazing!! Our kids had some accidents and they were right around the corners and took care of it on the spot.

Cons:

Lobby didn’t have regular milk. My baby needed a bottle and I had forgotten to buy some regular milk and the lobby only had chocolate milk. The other issue I would say that the tub in our bathroom was cracked but other than that everything was good.

Pros:

It was a beautiful stay! Great location, friendly staff working on a holiday. So grateful!

Cons:

I could not find those great coffee machines they have at holiday inn American fork, no coffee til morning, and just an urn. Everything else was perfect!
