Unten beim Spielhäuschen ist es gemütlich sowohl für Erwachsene als auch Kinder. Das Kindermenü und das Essen, auch Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer typisch, sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen unbequem.

Great service as always, but the food really let it down this year.
Pros:

Firstly, the staff at this hotel, having visited many times from the UK for annual work events, the staff are what make this property exceptional. Everyone we have ever come into contact with goes above and beyond. The reception staff, the breakfast staff, the waiters, waitresses, cleaning staff and everyone in between, has always exceeded expectations and I really think that makes a huge difference. The rooms are comfortable and full of all of the amenities you could want (although they don't have biscuits with the tea/coffee anymore which makes me sad lol). The bathrooms are great and the general vibe of the hotel is fantastic. It's large, well maintained and full of everything you could need.

Cons:

Sad to say, that in the 5 years we have been visiting, the food this year (early Feb 2026) was really poor. Every other year, it has been fantastic but I'm assuming since we came in Feb 2025, the head chef has changed? I feel so bad for saying it, but the hot food was just awful. They do they're nice salads and breads and fruits etc but the buffet dinner we were served was just bizarre. The 'fish tikka masala' was, without over exaggerating, little fishcakes in a thai sweet chilli sauce (you know the bottled stuff that is sugary and semi transparent? That stuff). It was the weirdest thing ever. Sadly, none of the hot food was good and was just badly prepared freezer food that just didn't make sense for the usual standard.

The breakfast buffet was also sadly not up to it's usual standard and somebody, for some absolutely unknown reason, put carrots in the baked beans. I've never seen anything so odd at a breakfast buffet and it just made them taste awful. They didn't taste like carrots or beans in the end. Like, why did anyone think that was a good idea? If you should change one thing immediately, it's this.

Sadly, the food really did let the whole experience down as it was a big part of the stay (being that we were there for 2 days and didn't leave due to work).

Hopefully, this can be rectified and be taken back to it's previous standards as this was the only year that we really felt that it was below standard for the style and cost of the hotel.

Pros:

Chambres grandes et confortables, bien isolées (pas un bruit), à cinq minutes des bus et de la gare de Hoofddorp près de l'aéroport. Bon petit-déjeuner/buffet avec du choix, bon rapport qualité/prix. Vraiment bien et parfait pour rayonner.

Pros:

新しいホテルで快適です。乗り継ぎが早朝のフライトだったので、空港から電車でひと駅のこのホテルを利用しましたが、線路の保守工事だとかで早朝の列車が運休になっていて、５時過ぎの路線バスで空港に向かいました。オランダに限らず、工事で列車が運休になることが日常茶飯事になっているので、前日に鉄道のＨＰで確認していて助かりました。（前日に自分でバス乗り場と時刻を確認していたので、ホテルの人には聞いていません。）
