Pros:

Our experience changed when we were greeted by Jude at reception. He is kind and very hospitable . Meeting him made our experience very nice and excellent .He is an asset .

Pros:

A cama era boa, o quarto era bom também, limpeza ótima

Cons:

Simplesmente entrou uma pessoa (um cliente) no meu quarto às 10h da manhã e eu estava deitada de pijama, nunca vi isso acontecer, sem contar uma recepcionista da tarde super grossa e mal educada

Great location, friendly staff, accessible train+walking
Pros:

Great location in few stations from the airport, easy to access with luggages, around 10 minutes walking. The staff was very friendly, they accepted to keep our luggage, and even put my food in the fridge.
We were with a kid and needed to warm up the food, I appreciated a lot that they let us do it.

It was a good choice for a short-term stay near Amsterdam
Pros:

3 min walk from the bus stop to Keukenhof and to the train station to Amsterdam Central. Clean new rooms and excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Very happy with our stop over stay
Pros:

Because of birthday, we got upgraded from standard family room to executive suite. They decorated with balloons and gave us cupcakes, vouchers and a birthday letter. They were very attentive.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was an company event in the restaurant/lounge.
