Paid for early check in but could not checked in early
Pros:

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. I paid for early check-in at 10 am on the 30th May for my family. We arrived at 11 am, and the receptionist had no record of my reservation initially, but then found my reservation and informed me that the room was not yet available to check in early. She also wanted to refund the early check-in charges. I informed the receptionist that the children are tired and we would like to check in soon. The time now is 1.15 pm. We arrived at the Novotel at 11 am, and the room still hasn't been cleaned!

Disappointing start to the holiday!

A nice option with wonderful connectivity
Pros:

Good base for exploring Amsterdam
Pros:

- the train and bus station are just 2 mins walk away, so getting to Amsterdam is very easy
- the hotel is not that close to the airport, so the area is quiet (the hotel is surrounded by office buildings)
- overall the hotel is pleasant and the room is comfortable

Cons:

- the service is not great
- our shower wasn’t draining properly. We told reception staff about it, but nothing was done. We had to take super quick showers and couldn’t even wash hair during the stay
- the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the cleaners didn’t take away dirty cups and didn’t give us enough towels

Not much to say ! Stay only for 6 days ! Disapppinted for the accident happened in the shower!I

The Restaurant and the Atmosphere inside ! Love the decor and sitting of the restaurant ..The live tree around the restaurant is beauriful

Cons:

I don't like the fact that the management is not welling to compromise of what the customers is complaining ! And what right for the customers
