I was very comfortable here with the kind staff.
Pros:

Though the property is initially difficult to find because it’s on one of the little alleys, the location is awesome. It’s very close to the Royal Palace and it was the perfect for the New Year’s celebrations because it was close to the action but still quiet.

Cons:

I liked everything about the property because it’s a cozy guest house feel, despite being called a hotel.

Ubicación, la cama, el tamaño de la habitación, la terraza.. Todo en general aceptable

Cons:

Si llegas de noche está complicado de encontrar, por un lado tienes que pasar por un templo y por el otro parece un callejón de viviendas particulares.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement de cet hôtel, situé dans une allée tranquille, sans voiture, donnant sur la rue principale. Petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif.

Pros:

Замечательный отель и расположение очень удачное, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Персонал был очень дружелюбен и помогал с любыми вопросами связанными с проживанием. Выбор завтраков был разнообразен и всё было вкусно. Вообще если бы не брать в расчет номер куда меня заселили, то всё было бы замечательно.

Cons:

Номер был с видом на стену и это было настолько неприятно, что я прожил в номере не открывая окна, потому что не было смысла открывать шторы.

Pros:

Good location and nice hotel overall. Good price-performance-ratio.

Cons:

The bathroom is typically Lao, just one room and the water goes everywhere when you shower. Also the view from most rooms was just to the next wall so it wasn’t very bright in the rooms.

The photos are misleading giving the impression of a large place with spacious grounds. This is absolutely not the case. In fact it's a small guesthouse shared with the extended family of the hosts. Can hear everything.
