Pros:

Good location and nice hotel overall. Good price-performance-ratio.

Cons:

The bathroom is typically Lao, just one room and the water goes everywhere when you shower. Also the view from most rooms was just to the next wall so it wasn’t very bright in the rooms.

Cons:

The photos are misleading giving the impression of a large place with spacious grounds. This is absolutely not the case. In fact it's a small guesthouse shared with the extended family of the hosts. Can hear everything.

街の中心にありながら、静かで趣のある一軒家
Pros:

街の中心にあり便利。夜遅くまでやっているバーや食堂にも徒歩圏内。夜遅くの到着だったので助かりました
少し奥に入ったところなので非常に静かです
普通の部屋だと思うのですが、角部屋で明るく快適な部屋でした
宿の皆様は皆、親切でした。お子様も可愛いです
コスパは非常にいいと思います

Cons:

洗面台が水漏れしていましたので、修理が必要です
車が止められる場所からは少しだけ歩く必要があります

Guesthouse très calme située dans une très charmante allée. J'ai aimé le style lao traditionnel de la maison. Mention particulière pour le gérant d'une extrême gentillesse et qui fait tout pour vous faciliter la vie. Petit déjeuner très copieux qui comprend plusieurs formules standard en Asie du Sud est. Chambre très propre qui est faite à votre demande. La seule chose à noter est que le balcon est commun et non privatif. La guesthouse comprend une terrasse au rdc ou sont pris les petits déjeuners. Pas de jardin. Jolie vue de la chambre 7.
