Lovely hotel in the heart of Hyderabad with great food and a wide breakfast buffet!
In don’t know what is wrong with the staff, no one is helpful. Ms. Vildaris and her staff, don’t know how to talk with the guest. My company assigned this hotel for us. We are three crew members staying in this hotel all three of us were not well. One was suffering from cold, one was having blister in her toe because of the shoe, one was suffering from severe pain in her hand. After check in we asked the IRD for the food they denied, for that I agree our company does not allow to order in the room at that time, but it’s just the point of humanity. We fought for the food just for the khichdi they denied us thrice. Same thing happened at night, my third crew member was staying in another room with some other crew member. She said that the crew has to wake up early in the morning can I come to your room and have the dinner there. We again called the IRD to take the order and deliver the food after 11 pm only. However, Ms. Vildaris she said that the third crew member has to place the order from the particular room only and will deliver the food there itself. I asked her that DOES IT LOOK PRESENTABLE THAT YOUR GUEST IS TAKING SUCH A BIG SALVAR AND USING THE CORRIDOR AND LIFTS. She said IT MIGHT BE, IT MIGHT NOT look good. I asked her connect me to your duty manager she said yes I will and disconnected the call. I again called her and asked to connect me to the duty manager she said ye you can dial 65 by your side we don’t have such options.I asked her to call the fnb manager she said we don’t have fnb manager. I called front office manager, he assisted us. He said IRD will call you back place the order. No one called us, I called IRD 4 times my 5th call got received still the person said I have to check with my colleague for same, and I’ll give you a call back. Again no one called us. I’ve placed the order after 1n half hrs or more than that. I’ve never complained about anyone last time Ms. Manisha working in front office made a blunder amongst the crew member which was so embarrassing. Today also we didn’t had anything and checked out without eating anything because we know again we have to BEG them to give us the food. Literally it was so inhuman we have to fight for the food. Room has so much of dust all over, on the chair, in the spring of the telephone. Water was dripping from the went as we cannot se it physically but we can hear it thorough out the stay as something is taking the shower, the voice was so clear. We went to take the shower there was hair on floor we ourself cleaned it and used the bathroom. AC has problem we couldn’t change the temperature.

A four star rated accor franchise hotel with a Five Star treatment...My check in was in seconds, thanks to Mr Biswajit Roy, front office manager, who was kind enough to put me in the suit 1004... He has shown great hospitality in winning my heart and escorted me to my room...Room upgrade and amenities served as per their courtesy protocol... The bar Manager Mr Kartik was very friendly and arranged my favourite drink and snacks... The morning breakfast was fantastic with live stalls and Mr Sreedhar took care of us...I came to this hotel after a gap of 4 years at the behest of one ex. Chef Mr Srisailam, who is presently in Canada... I got respect, courtesy, cleanliness and good food from this hotel...
One con is that the hotel should change the shaving kit as the Razor blades are commercial and very bad to use...

Went with my family at the terrace 12th floor for celebration of my wife's special day . Felt very relaxing and and treat full with the warm and blissful service provided by Mr Kartikeya . He always gives a personal touch to his proactive service with his kind gesture or a quick chat or update with new setup they introduced in their premises, or even cracking a joke or so just to make us feel comfortable .All this adds up to give a memorable experience, and that what it happened yesterday.

Today i dine in for breakfast buffet. All items in breakfast was very very flavour taste. I really enjoyed the breakfast with outstanding service. The resturant manager and staff who served with great and confident service. I really enjoyed the service and very politely staff good coordination. I will new forget this hotel.
