I was upgraded to a room with a bath, but that actually meant shower over bath which was really tricky to get in and out of.

Stanza ampia, pulita, caffè e tè in camera.
C'è un piccolo negozio nella hall che ha tutto, anche le SIM turistiche. È utilissimo, ha anche medicinali di uso comune. Bibite, snack, prodotti da bagno ecc

Non poter regolare aria condizionata. Il settaggio è bloccato. Al massimo può variare due due gradi o spegnerla del tutto

Cons:

Breakfast, worst i have ever experienced because it was over crowded. People pushing and shoving so you could not access the food we had paid for. You need to double the space for that amount of people do they can get near the food. Too many large tables, hard to get a table and then when you did it is shared with strangers with poor hygiene who cough over your food. It was a disgusting, unhygienic breakfast. Need small tables for 2 to 4 people with distance between tables.

I asked three different staffs in 2 days that I can not get hot water from the dispenser.. they just looked at me and asked - how did you try to get hot water ? You need to unlocked the button and press the other button..
I saw them the video that I took, so at the end they said - we will send the maintenance to fix it.

Until I checked out, I did not get any hot water from the dispenser for my morning or afternoon tea.

Next time, I will book a much cheaper hotel nearby.. at least they have electric kettle in the room.
