Pros:

Shirley checked us in and she was wonderful.... She was fast and explained to us the do and don'ts. We couldn't understand Chinese, she explained it in English for us. The location is good. Near a bus stop and a walking distance to the MRT. it is slightly expensive as the room was quite small but other than that, no complaints. The first night the air-conditioning was hot, and informed the front desk, by the time we came back it was cold to our liking.

Cons:

Room could be a little bigger. Other than that, not much to complain

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de Orchard Road et de nombreux centres commerciaux. Emplacement idéal pour faire du shopping et se déplacer facilement.

Cons:

La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais assez petite. La douchette mériterait d’être modernisée pour améliorer le confort global. Quelques améliorations pourraient rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Relaxing. Easy access to trains, shops and everything I needed. Quiet location.

OK but the issue with breakfast remains as a sour note and very disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty ordinary. The problem being the food was served in containers that were not heated and, if you didn't get there by
7:00am, food began to cool down. I can't imagine how people getting to breakfast at 8:00am found the food. Even at 7:00am the food was not that hot.

Cons:

Being told by the lady at our first breakfast that we had only paid for breakfast for two (2) people whereas we were a party of four. We went down to reception with printouts from "Booking. com" that showed the names of everybody in our group. I was certain that we had paid for four (4) people in two (2) separate rooms including breakfast. Despite showing paperwork to the staff they would not concede this fact and this was very disappointing. We tried several times to contact "Booking.com" to seek a resolution to this matter without any luck.
