Great location & Good Staff, but missing on other things.
Pros:

Location is very good. Staff is helpfull

Cons:

Toilet space is very small for 4* even if for 3*. Seems the room design was forced to gain more room keys.
The elevator machinary very loud, you can hear it from inside bedroom everytime the elevator moving. And its like the whole time. Probably havent being maintance well, of poor sound proofing.

To me it’s so much easier to get to the shopping centre, and highway

Bathroom seems the problem. Broken shower head, slippery shower tile, and ants around the side table and bathroom sink

Is good for the price, would stay again if I come visit Jakarta
Pros:

The continental breakfast was really good, the room was comfy and the place is close to a lot of food stalls and shopping mall. The gym was pretty adequate if you want to do a light workout in the morning or night. The staff was really helpful and you can get free parking if you inform them beforehand. If you feel a little peckish at night, you can get food deliver to the hotel. lt is also close to the airport, getting a taxi or grab is convenient.

Cons:

Probably buy data because the wifi is quite bad, sometimes you get connection and other times the wifi is completely gone. The tv is also bad, at times you can enjoy some of the entertainment and other times it would say there is no connection.
