The communication with the staff. Actualul it was NO communication at all. No phone answer. Only oane email demanding advance payment for late check-in, and the second-hand containere instructions for getting în, but it arrived very late.

Hotelzugang über eine steile, enge Treppe in den ersten Stock. Rezeption finster, ungepflegter Zustand der Flure, Zimmer abgewohnt und unsauber, Bad renovierungsbedürftig, dunkel und unsauber.

Zentral gelegen, gute Betten, Bad sauber und renoviert, Frühstück ausreichend mit frischem Obstsalat, ruhiges Zimmer, aber ...

was in die Beschreibung auf jeden Fall hinein gehört, ist die Tatsache, dass unser Zimmer nahezu kein Tageslicht hatte und man auf eine ganz nahe Wand schaute und der Blick nach oben durch Gitter und Platten für den Fluchtweg verhindert war. Morgens war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, daher Ausleihe eines Föhns nicht möglich.

Früher wurde das Hotel von einer liebevollen, sympathischen Frau mit Leidenschaft geführt. Das ist jetzt nicht mehr so.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, wenn man ins Zentrum der Stadt möchte. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Das Personal weiß vermutlich nicht wie man normalerweise ein Hotel führt, es fehlt an Freundlichkeit und Servicegedanken.

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul ca cei de la recepție nu te lasă să urci sus și trag de tine să le dai bani de parcă ai fugi . Curățenia lasă de dorit . Ce m-a deranjat cel mai tare este ca au venit personal dupa mine dupa ce m am cazat ca sa imi ceara bani dar eu cand am avut nevoie de ajutor nu au raspuns la recepție deloc . Nu as mai face greșeala sa ma cazez la ei . Gălăgia este unul din punctul forte al hotelului , toată lumea trântește și nu exista intimitate . Cu siguranță nu își merită prețul pentru ce facilități și servicii au
