Highly disappointed with poor service

Close to airport and provided airport shuttle

Cons:

Stayed in same room 2 weeks ago on arrival to Rwanda and no hot water and exact same problem when arrived again to stay prior to departure. Repeatedly requested another room to no avail. Made use of shower in our friend’s room and in that shower drain was plugged flooded bathroom with in minutes
Price for room reasonable but then when a glass of juice is $4 you see you are much better off paying more for the room

Standard African hotel so low expectations

Cons:

No hot water despite asking repeatedly and there two nights. Had to repeatedly ask for towels , included water. Two broken lamps with burnt out light bulbs and brought to staff attention first night and nothing ever replaced. Usual 2 hour wait for food standard for Africa. $1.50 for small bottle of water in restaurant crazy expensive! At the same time better than some other places we have stayed at. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds
