If you set it to the first level, it may seem quiet, but I must warn you—this is an illusion. The first level of the air conditioning does not cool at all.

The issues with this hotel don’t stop at the air conditioning. The refrigerator is also fake and doesn’t cool. When asked why, the response was that the hotel refrigerators don’t have compressors. Seriously? Please don’t insult guests’ intelligence—a hotel refrigerator that only cools to 20 degrees Celsius? The bathroom facilities are even more deceptive. The exhaust fan has a switch but isn’t actually installed, so socks take two days to dry after washing. The shower has two showerheads, one large and one small, but the larger one is purely decorative and cannot be switched to. With hundreds of rooms across more than ten floors, the hotel only provides two washing machines, causing guests to queue until past 11 p.m. to do laundry. Additionally, the hotel elevators do not require key card access, posing significant security risks. It’s hard to believe this is part of the Hilton brand.
