Foi uma boa estadia, em face do bom atendimento, da localização e custo-benefício.
Pros:

A localização do Hotel é muito boa e o café da manhã é bom.

Cons:

A acomodação apresenta uma área muito boa, com uma copa/cozinha ampla equipada com geladeira, pia, fogão, microondas, um tanque para lavar roupas e espaço para tábua de passar e ferro elétrico. Entretanto, não havia material para limpeza da pia, não havia talheres e utensílios de cozinha (fornecidos após solicitação), apesar do espaço o tanque não tinha um pequeno varal e não havia tábua e ferro elétrico. A limpeza não incluia um pano úmido no piso, sempre com pó escuro que sujava chinelos e o tapete do banheiro. Por muito pouco a acrescentar o Hotel poderia ser um excelente aparthotel.

Aceitável para um pernoite apenas!
Pros:

Espaço físico, dois banheiros, varanda, elevador, colchão firme e café da manhã farto.

Cons:

Estado geral do apartamento precisando de pintura e reformas, limpeza precária (tinha uma meia do cliente anterior esquecida no apartamento!!!), kit amenidades de baixa qualidade, falta de utensílios de cozinha e sofá “imundo” na sala.

Pros:

Dentro de sete lagoas e nessa faixa de preço não encontrei um local que ofereça tantos benefícios, entao nesse ponto a experiência foi otima.

Cons:

Sinceramente? Nao é que eu nao tenha gostado de algo, tudo que paguei estava la, entregue, limpinho etc, eu nao paguei por um hotel de luxo entao nao esperava receber um. A questão pra mim que fez falta é que fui em uma época de frio e achei a coberta insuficiente isso poderia melhorar e deixo esse feedback apenas pelo crescimento do local.
