Buenísima ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación,al lado de la Plaza Mayor,
que te dejan ir con mascota y la habitación tenía una buena terraza que podía salir el perro,y que no hemos oído nada,

El personal muy agradable, bastante bien situado, el desayuno es un bufet bastante cortito pero de buena calidad

Cons:

pero mucho ruido por el día y por la noche, durante el día parece que están arrastrando muebles todo el tiempo en el hotel, ruido como de algún tipo de carro o algo en los pasillos , como si se cayeran constantemente objetos al suelo. Cuesta descansar si eres sensible al ruido

La fata de limpieza es escasa , los muebles muy viejos para el precio que tiene la habitación pequeña , la almohada muy gorda y incomoda ,me levante con dolor de cuello como de cuerpo ,le faltaba un vaso en el cuarto de baño, no volveré ni aconsejare a nadie el hotel

Ubicación excepcional, al lado de la plaza Mayor y a poco más de 5 minutos andando de la Catedral y la Universidad. A pesar de la ubicación y de ser plena Semana Santa nada de ruido. A destacar la filosofía Pet Friendly para los que como nosotros viajamos con mascota. Detallazo por su parte el ponerles una camita, dos cuencos (agua y comida) y una bolsa con snacks y pelota de regalo. Las camas cómodas, limpieza OK y los recepcionistas muy amables

Cons:

La única pega es la salida del garaje, que como no estés atento te vas escaleras abajo como casi me ocurre. Aconsejaría pintar unas flechas en el suelo a la salida o un cartel que lo avisara porque de forma natural tiendes a salir recto y en este caso hay que tomar el camino de la izquierda. Ojo con eso.

Buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

El personal era super amable. En la habitación nos dejaron dos botellitas de agua, parece una tontería pero se agradece el detalle.
Pudimos alojarnos con nuestra perrita y en la entrada tenían incluso un cuenco de agua. También nos pusieron una cuna para nuestro bebé.
Además estaba muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, pero por decir algo, la habitación era algo pequeña para nosotros dos, la perra, el carrito y el bebé.
Por otro lado, en la cuna sólo dejaron una sábana. Aunque también es verdad que hacía algo de calor.

Leveä sänky, siisti huone, suihkusta tuli mukavan kuumaa vettä, koiralle oli peti, ruokakippo ja herkkupussi. Sijainti mukavasti Salamancan keskustassa.

Cons:

Meillä oli hakukriteeri parkkipaikka autolle (ja koira). Autosta sanottiin, että autopaikka pitää varata etukäteen ja kirjoitin parkkipaikan tarpeesta heti varattuani huoneen. Sain vain espanjankielisiä automaattiviestejä, jossa oli puhelinnumero, mihin pitää soittaa autopaikkavaraus. Numeroon vastaa espanjaa puhuva automaatti. Pyysin viestissä, että henkilökunta varaisi sen puolestani, koska en puhu espanjaa. Olisipa ollut edes jokin nettivarauslinkki. Sain monet automaattiset vastaukset ja sitten joku vastasi, ettei se ole mahdollista. Onneksi saimme auton lähelle ihan eri parkkitaloon. Google maps ei osaa opastaa hotellille, vaikka antaa tarkan osoitteen, vaan vie kauppahallin lähelle. - Vastaanotossa kysyin: "Is breakfast in this house?" Vastaus oli kyllä. Ja kysyin: "o'clock 7?", ja vastaus oli kyllä. Aamulla ihmettelimme, kun vastaanotossa ei ollut ketään, mistä sen aamiaishuoneen löytää. Oikeasti aamiaista sai toisen hotellin kahvilasta muutaman sadan metrin päästä klo 8.15 alkaen. Se selvisi, kun soitin "hälytysnumeroon", ja sieltä lähetettiin viestillä osoite. Miksi hotellilla ei ole missään mitään informaatiolappuja seinillä? Myös englanniksi. Ei kaikilla ole älypuhelinta ja mahdollista hakea tietoja jostain QR-koodilla, jos tiedot nyt sitten ovat jossain siellä piilossa. Meillä olisi ollut aamulla kiire eteenpäin, mutta aamiaisen saaminen ja paikan selville saaminen vei aikaa.
