Cons:

Cestou sme sa ubytovali v hoteli na 1 noc v hoteli, pri príchode sme sa pýtali na recepcii, čo máme zahrnuté v cene ubytovania, bolo nám povedané, iba raňajky. I keď nám raňajky nevyhovovali, lebo sme museli skoro odísť, išli sme si dať aspoň kávu, na raňajkách bol celkovo slabý výber. Pri odchode sme dlho čakali, na recepcii nefungoval systém a navyše nám dali zaplatiť aj raňajky. Keď sme im povedali, že raňajky sme mali v cene, dostali sme odpoveď, že sa pomýlili pri ubytovaní a raňajky musíme zaplatiť.
Personál neprofesionálny, pomalé vybavovanie na recepcii, klamanie klientov, izba čistá. Do tohto hotela sa už nevrátim, veľké sklamanie.

Bolo to veľmi dobré, naša veľká spokojnosť
Pros:

Raňajky boli vynikajúce, lokalita dostupná k iným strediskám. Všetko bolo ok.

Cons:

Na izbe bolo dosť teplo aj napriek otvorenému oknu a balkónu.

Lokalizacja, sauny, kosmetyki w łazience na plus

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji, w łazience gnijąca framuga, dziury w meblach zaklejone srebrną taśmą, kiepskie śniadania, personel nie dokłada produktów, w niedzielę rano na śniadaniu wycieczka w związku z czym hotel serwował tylko podstawowe produkty (zapewne z oszczędności). W okolicy można znaleźć wiele obiektów zapewniających znacznie lepszą jakość w podobnej cenie.

Good for relaxing vacation in High Tatras
Pros:

Location is good (approximately 1km to nearest tram stop), parking is large enough for every guest to park car without any problems, a lot of services like Thai massages, swimming pool and wellness

Cons:

Rooms are without AC (as written in description), but the windows don't have any mosquito nets, so I ended up with mosquito bites all over my body. Meals and generally everything (minibar, drinks) is priced a little bit higher than comparable services nearby.

Bardzo czysto
Pros:

Bardzo przytulnie, cicho, czyściutko. Piekny widok na Tatry przy porannej kawie czy wieczornym drinku. Jest duzo miejsc parkingowych

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Skurat trafilismy na upalne dni i kiepsko sie spało w takim ukropie. Ueazam tez, ze na poziomie czterogwiazdkowego hotelu pierwsze wyposazenie lodowki w napoje powinno byc darmowe - tutaj niestety za wszystko trzeba płacić

Odlična, mirna lokacija. Ljubazno osoblje (Jana i Jakuv). Izvrsna ponuda jela u restoranu, pogotovo večera.

Cons:

Kaos u wellnwessu. Pojedinci ne poštuju pravila. Jacuzzy se koristi kao "privatno vlasništvo"!
