Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Hotel op zich was prima, mooie grote kamer. Mooi schoon, zachte bedden.

Cons:

Personeel was niet vriendelijk. De jongen die de koffers boven brengt wel. En het mannetje die bij de schoonmaak rond loopt ook.

Nice stay for couple of days
Pros:

Nice suite, good location, good breakfast,

Cons:

Small balcony - probably would go just with luxe - bigger balcony- hot tube and living room not needed too much, taxis didn’t found the hotel well (there was big sign for Taxis)

Worst experience from front staff , let them hve proper training
Pros:

Location is fine, near to Main traffic

Cons:

Staffs are not customer friendly, if we book / reserved the room, they will not provide you room before 1400hrs, even i told them i could pay extra for the same, they denied my request, though lot of customers are vaccating in front of me.
Front staff need thorough training regarding how to be kind to your customers.
I would not suggest any others this hotel LIVOTEL

Cons:

Every where in the hotel and even in the room they had hanged notices about fines for things you can’t do inside the room (eating mangosteen, durian, smoking, cannabis, hanging clothes on AC…)
