Giving us just what we exactly needed :)
Pros:

Belmont staff are very hospitable. I want to especiallt mentionMary Ann as she readily assisted in making up our room. She did not move our things so that I would find stuff where I left them but over all we came back from the mall to a very clean room. Thank you!!

Great experience at Belmont
Pros:

The staff was great when we complained of the AC, she sent a technician to check it and eventually assisted us to transfer to another room with ease.

In our haste, there were pieces of clothing and linen left to the old room which were able to recover easily.

As to the house keeping, David, Lloyd and their supervisor, Carlo, were very friendly and assisted us to our needs.

Pros:

We had a good time with our stay in the hotel. We like the convenience because it's close to the airport making it easier for us on transit. We appreciate Nomer working as concierge as he helped us facilitate the transfer of our baggages. He serves with a smile and making everyone feels welcome. We'll definitely come back again.

Great place to stay! It was lovely and covenient location, Excellent customer service from the hotel staff at the concierge, reception, restaraunts and housekeeping. Special shout out to housekeepers Jen and Nica.

Nice, easy, and clean.
Pros:

The room was nice and clean. It was near the airport and the noise level was not bad. Employees were polite and helpful. I got the 3rd floor which is not bad but I would prefer a higher floor to be honest.

Pros:

Great location. Walkable from the airport by the air bridge. Gets busy as it’s very popular but they managed to check us in earlier than the allotted time.
