Leaking cealing
Pros:

Room slept poorly due to a ceiling leak from the air conditioning at 3:00 AM that flooded the floor and damaged some of my belongings. Front desk arranged a room move, but at 3:00 AM I opted to check out early instead. Duty Manager Camille personally apologized and offered a free room upgrade on a future stay, which I appreciate, but given the disruption and damage I don’t feel that a complimentary upgrade is adequate compensation. I’m unsure I will return, and I believe I should not be charged for the night affected by the leak.

Great stay in your hotel
Pros:

Staffs are courteous and polite.
I like the way they greet the guests with hand gesture in their heart and all staffs always greet whenever they met people they greet them politely.
Room is nice and clean
Sauna and Gym are also clean

Best staff ever!!
Pros:

Louie, Jolo and the front desk staff, concierge, security and bell staff and the rest of the Housekeeping staff are very warm, cordial, helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Excellent job, everyone.

Belmont Hotel was the best for our travel needs.
Pros:

The Belmont's location to Terminal 3 and the ability to walk safely to and from the airport was first and foremost for our choice of hotel. The room was clean and met our needs. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was well-worth the money.

Cons:

I would have preferred better lighting in the room.

Pros:

If you’re departing out of terminal 3, then this place is great. Short 10 minute walk to check-in. The breakfast buffet is massive. So many items to choose from, along with made to order food as well.
