Pros:

We stayed here one night after a 14hr flight. The check in process was smooth and quick. The restaurant was open late enough for us to have dinner. Our 2am wake up call was timely.

Cons:

The restaurant was out of certain dishes, which surprised us given the location. The pillows were flat and very uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

It’s very near the airport! No need to take a cab. You can just walk.

Exceptional service. Especially the Front desk with accomadating my requests.
Clean room. Amenities nice. Just missing a lotion.
Classie touch with the drinking water in glass bottles.
Enjoyed the prompt room service and tasty food.
I will return to this property again.

So therefore we are not coming back the place
Pros:

I like the place because it’s accessible towards the airport easy access to everything however the staff is not friendly

Cons:

The only one thing I don’t didn’t like, they checked-in you very late because of fully booked. You have waited so long they are not accommodating & the worst we late 3hours for checked out and charging us 7,000 pesos with out considering our late checked-in no choice but to pay because we have a flight to catch up it’s totally rip off
