Great hotel and perfect location.
Pros:

Perfect location in the center of the city. Nice and cosy historical building with real fireplace on a cold day. Breakfast is great - enough choice, fresh and tasty food. Rooms are clean.

Prachtige locatie op de Grote Markt met uitzicht op de Martinitoren en het stadhuis.

perfect verblijf
Pros:

De service was erg goed. Zeer vriendelijke mensen die je graag helpen. Daarnaast had ik een upgrade gehad van een standaard kamer naar een suite en die was erg goed, inclusief sauna etc.. Locatie is perfect en ook al zit je midden in het centrum (ik zat met kamer aan de Grote Markt), maar geen last van geluidsoverlast gehad.

very nice stay
Pros:

nice quiet room, big, with big bed, access to water & coffe all day,

the mattress sags in the middle wich makes sleeping not so comfortable

De ligging, de klantvriendelijkheid en de sfeer in het hotel. Het handgeschreven welkomstkaartje was een leuke persoonlijke verrassing op de kamer.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The bed was the most comfortable. We loved our time there.

Pros:

Het personeel van de receptie was ongelofelijk aardig en meedenkend! Startte al met een heel vriendelijke reactie op ons verzoek om een rustige kamer. En tijdens verblijf ook! Kan niet beter en fijner! De kamer was heel fijn, klein maar meer dan groot genoeg met een balzaal van een badkamer, alles nieuw! Prachtig oud pand met glas in lood.
