Beach front hitel near the boat terminal
Pros:

This beach front hotel is located not far from the Karimunjawa boat terminal. The rooms are comfortable and the restaurant amazing with live music during sunset. The food is very good and the breakfast tasty as well. I only rate it 3 because I didn’t had water to shower ( it seems reading the hotel reviews It wasn’t the first time) even though I informed the reception nothing happened to resolve the problem. They just ignored the problem.

Cons:

Service is really bad ( not the restaurant and bar but the reception, maintenance )!

Pros:

El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas, es un hotel de parada entre Jepara y Karimunjawa pero es muy grande, cómodo. Las instrucciones comunes muy bien, la piscina, restaurante, la zona de hamacas de playa ideal para relajarse. Y, su punto fuerte es el muelle que tiene enfrente, es perfecto para tomar algo mientras ves el atardecer y luego cenar. Resaltar que hacer pizzas en horno de leña buenísimas. Está en una playa donde por la tarde salen los locales y eso lo hace muy especial.

Cons:

La habitación es grande, pero no están bien cuidadas. Para las instalaciones que tiene choca bastante que las habitaciones y baño sean tan simples y con falta de detalles. Pero están limpias.

Very nice beach setting, with a nice pier restaurant.
Nice pool as well.
Probably your best choice in Jepara

Hotel is a little run down and is in need of renovation.

Departure in the morning... there was a lovely view from the pool area

Cons:

We stayed here for one night ahead of an early ferry departure and unfortunately, it was a really poor experience. The room smelled strongly of sewage and felt like sleeping in sealed in a box. It felt like no one had been in the room for days. We arrived around 7pm and, with hindsight, should have asked to change rooms, but after a long day we just wanted to rest you shouldn't have to do that! Big mistake — the air conditioning didn't work, and it made for a truly awful night’s sleep in stifling conditions with an horrific smell.
On a more positive note, the restaurant was basic but served decent food, and there’s a lovely sitting area on the pier which we enjoyed in the evening. Sadly, that’s about the only highlight of what was otherwise a very disappointing stay.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The beach is so dirty that you can't swim in the water. Their breakfast is not a buffet; we can only choose one main course, and they provide bread. There is no fresh juice; you have to order it and pay separately.

Had yet a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any matters. Will definitely book same hotel next time visiting the area. Although rooms are getting a bit used I had a lovely stay.
