The stay could have been much better!
Pros:

I like the location. The shower is very spacious.

Cons:

The water would not get hot. This went on all weekend. The front desk clerk said she would speak to her manager about taking something off of the bill, but did not!

Ac unit sounded like a jet getting ready to take off. I reported to the front desk, they didn’t offer any apology and mentioned it was on the roster for repairs. Yet the rented the room knowing of the loud noise

Paid for a room with which I was not accommodated and staff was rude.

I reserved a room with a king size bed and a pull-out couch. When I got to the hotel, front desk staff was sitting off in the lounge area talking with her friend and eating take out. She finally came to the front desk and check me in. I got to my room, 228, and there was only a king size bed, no couch. I went down to the front desk to speak to the same woman. I informed her I had reserved a room with a bed. She said, "No you didn't. You reserved a king room." I showed her my email confirmation clearly stating I had a king size bed as well as a pull out couch. It even showed pictures of what the room would look like. She said there were no other rooms available. I asked about my price being reduced as I paid for a room I did not get. She said there is nothing she could do about it in Mississippi. Then she rolled her eyes and when back to visit with her friend.

I liked the staff....very friendly.

Cons:

First room i was in didnt have working A/C. Would have liked to see the room a bit cleaner. Pool was not heated just the room that it was in was.

Pros:

I stayed at this hotel because my daughter's school booked this hotel for their theatre group. I had to book my own room, of course, here because I wanted to be in the same location.
The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room was dirty (bathroom), the area was weird swamp vibes, the room I was in.... stinky I guess maybe the carpet, or air vent. I sprayed lots of air sanitizer.

Cons:

I had a long day of driving and was so looking forward to a relaxing swim. The pool water was more set up as an ice bath. Way to cold for me. For such a small pool the water should have been a lot warmer and clearer. The whole reason I choose this place was for the pool. Very, very disappointed.
