Great stay
Pros:

Comfy room and helpful staff. The guy who picked me up at the airport was particularly friendly. I can't remember his name, but he's a Liverpool supporter.

Cons:

The wifi was fine on my phone but not strong enough to work on my laptop.

Perfect for Almaty
Pros:

Hotel molto bello in posizione centrale. Lo staff era molto gentile e ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi. Colazione buona, camera spaziosa e pulita.

Pros:

Жили в этом отеле по рекомендации друга. Первый плюс - расположение отеля - практически всё в шаговой доступности. Второй плюс - очень приветливый, доброжелательный и вежливый персонал, все вопросы на рецепции решаются моментально. Третий плюс - чистота идеальная! Завтрак шведский стол, вполне достаточный выбор блюд.
Спасибо отелю за гостеприимство - и всем рекомендую!

Pros:

Мне понравился отель, он не большой, но очень уютный с отличным, добрым, отзывчивым персоналом. Понравилось, что было тихо в номере, чисто, каждый день уборка номера. Место очень тихое и спокойное. Вномере есть все необходимое, кровать достаточно удобная. Не смотря, на то, что обычно плохо сплю в первую ночь в новом месте, здесь я спала, как младенец :)

Cons:

Не очень понравились завтраки, конечно голодной я не была :), но хотелось бы больше разнообразия...

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The room and shower room was small and a little dark but okay for a 2 day stay. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We could walk to the Metro within 10mins and there were plenty of shops and cafes close by.

Cons:

As I mentioned the rooms are cosy and a little dark for me.
