Cons:

Отель оставил крайне неприятное впечатление, прежде всего из-за некомпетентности и грубости персонала на стойке регистрации.
Я забронировал через Booking проживание на трое суток. По обстоятельствам мне необходимо было уехать после 18:00 на третьи сутки. Однако в позднем выезде мне отказали, сославшись на внутренние правила отеля, и предложили либо оплатить третьи сутки полностью, либо освободить номер до 12:00.
После долгих споров пригласили управляющего, который в качестве исключения разрешил остаться до 17:00 без дополнительной оплаты. Но при выезде сотрудники стойки регистрации всё равно потребовали оплатить половину суток — вопреки договорённости с управляющим.
Всё общение проходило в недружелюбной, снисходительной манере, словно я не гость, оплативший проживание, а человек, который ещё чем-то обязан персоналу.
Состояние отеля также разочаровало: всё старое, постельное бельё изношено, подушки и матрас продавлены. Отель расположен в жилой зоне, место около отеля ограничено, трудности с парковкой.
Никому не рекомендую этот отель и сам больше здесь не остановлюсь.

Very nice hotel in Almaty.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice.
Gym and sauna free of charge!!!
Nice and clean room.
Cable TV.
Kettle and table in the room - great!

Cons:

Restaurant is not cheap.
Bed is quite hard.
There is too much light from the street in the room, it shall be improved.
Toilet was leaking in my room; bathroom doors could kept opening (noise from leaking toilet was disrupting) - I reported this and hope it will be fixed. I suggest that the room mate could report these small issues in each room.
Invoice could be handed to me earlier and not when I rush to the airport 3,00 AM - easy to forget it.
