Pros:

Lekker dicht bij het strand en goed bereikbaar!

Cons:

Warm op de kamer omdat er geen airco was. Maar prima te doen voor één nachtje!

Ruhig und schön gelegenes Hotel zum entspannen und die Nähe zum Strand
Pros:

Ein sehr schön gelegenes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Es ist zu Fuß 10 min zum Strand entfernt und 5min zum Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch 8min zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr nettem Personal. Man hat einen schönen Blick auf den kleinen See beim Frühstück.
Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das war mega zum Kühlen der Getränke für den nächsten Strandtag.
Das Hotel ist nicht so groß und es waren ausschließlich Gäste zwischen 45-70.
Ich würde immer ein Zimmer mit Terrasse empfehlen. Man kann sich raussetzen zu jeder Zeit. Die Zimmer im 1. OG haben nur große Fenster.
Die Zimmer zur Seeseite haben einen schönen Blick aber von früh an die volle Sonne. Unser Zimmer lag zur anderen Seite und wir hatten Nachmittags und Abends die Sonne. Fanden wir persönlich besser. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.
Man konnte sich auch den ganzen Tag Tee und Kaffeetütchen nehmen und im Zimmer mit dem Wasserkocher aufgießen. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, falls jemand etwas warm machen möchte und eine kleine Bügelstation. Auch gut zu wissen, dann kann man das Reisebügeleisen zu Hause lassen.
Das Parken direkt vor dem Hotel ist unproblematisch und kostenfrei. War für uns auch sehr wichtig.
Danke nochmal an alle im Hotel die uns so einen tollen Aufenthalt bereitet haben.

Prima verblijf in Callantsoog
Pros:

Hotel De Horn ligt erg gunstig ten opzichte van het strand. Er is een uitstekende beveiligde fietsenstalling met voldoende oplaadmogelijkheden. We hebben enkele leuke fietstochten gemaakt. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Wij waren er tijdens snikhete dagen. Maar door de ventilator, de schuifpui in de kamer hebben we de kamer kunnen koelen.

Het sleutelsysteem is effectief maar er zijn wel wat deuren die geopend moeten worden.
