Jean is the best!
Pros:

I had an amazing experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize the wonderful desk clerk, Jean. She was informative, kind, and above all very professional. I truly wish there were more front desk clerks like her.
Overall, my experience at the hotel was great—the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and everything was well taken care of. Jean really made a lasting impression, and it was a pleasure meeting her.
I travel for work all the time, and thanks to her outstanding service, this will absolutely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. Thank you, Jean!

Not up to par.
Pros:

"Room was a little tired and cleanliness was not up to par. I had to call twice for the room to be tidied -up and towels and toilet paper to be refilled. The hair dryer was missing on first day and was delivered at the end of the next day. Parking fee of $17.00 and wash/dryer fees of $4.50 is absolutely ridiculous, although the gal at check in assisted with the parking fee, thank-you."

Pros:

The breakfast is always yummy with a great selection. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only dislike is the extremely flat pillows, but I will bring my own next time

Pros:

I flew in early to stay ahead of the storm, and the lovely woman (Jean) at the front desk was so gracious. She kindly allowed me to check in early and even surprised me with an upgrade to a fireworks view room. I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much.

Disney trip with family with quiet comfortable rooms to return to.

Great location near Flamingo Crossing, terrible housekeeping
Pros:

Card given at check in says "housekeeping will perform a "Stayover Clean" " every other day of your stay. We checked in on Sunday. We stayed through the following Saturday. We did not receive ANY housekeeping services until Wednesday when we returned at 10:40 pm and insisted someone deliver clean towels and toilet paper and empty the overflowing mini trash bins. Six days and we had to beg for minimal housekeeping at almost 11 pm on day 4? Unacceptable. Great location, but if you are staying more than two or three days be prepared to fetch your own towels and toilet paper from the front desk.

I ask for 1st floor room and call ahead to confirm, i didn’t get it. They said room was supposed cleaned every other day, Never got cleaned. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper

Good solid hotel with kitchens
Pros:

A quick one night stay. As a member of Marriott we received all free upgrades which is always a treat. Nice large swimming pool with decent free breakfast buffet. The buffet ends at 9:30am, we wished for 10:00am. A few restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staff in all departments. Only downside is a $17.00 parking fee daily in such a remote location. Drink prices are expensive even during happy hour. The chicken wings were very good but at $16.95 for 6 wings a bit pricey. Very nice touch to gift guests chips and water upon arrival. Location is a bit boring unless you plan to visit the Disney Parks. Shuttle to parks is provided.

I’m glad I stayed here and I would stay here again
Pros:

I loved the pool area, and free breakfast. I liked the closet my room had, it made organizing my things easy. The location was close to the parks and across the street from Target in case I needed anything

El servicio, los empleados no eran nada de amable. Ya había pagado antes de la llegada y me querían volver a cobrar. El estadía fue de 4 noche y 5 día y nunca fueron a limpiar la habitación, no dieron ni papel sanitario ni toallas extras, con tantos días que nos quedamos. Cuando llegamos el baño estaba sucio con pelo en la bañera, el aire apagado y el cuarto con mal olor. No volvería jamás a este hotel.
