Cons:

I ask for single bed room. I got room with 2 bed. This the 3 time this has happen. We are same-sex marriage couple. I think went I check in and they see two guy. They change it. I don't know this until I get to the room. I don't complain. But maybe I should start.

Comfortable but se4vice
Pros:

The breakfast did not have basic slices of bread for toast. The eggs were surprisingly good, but the pork sausage made both my wife and a bit sick. The waffles seem to be an inferior quality from what have experienced previously. If we ever stay at this property again (which is not highly likely) we will not have the breakfast. The breakfast is the principle reason why we decided to stay here versus another suite designed hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast quality. TV remote did not work to access the channels in the guide (channel 98). The desk staff person was non- welcoming and did my check- in and check out like a automated robot without warmth or cordialoty.

Spoke very soft and extremely fast which caused me to ask him to repeat himself several times.

Pros:

It was convenient for 1 night and was near my family. The bed was comfortable and there was hot water.

Cons:

The rugs in the hallways and elevators were ratty, which made me think that I didn't want to walk barefoot in my room. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, so I didn't have body soap, and the breakfast was just acceptable.

Pros:

Clean and comfy

Cons:

Could hear the people in the next room talking all night long until 6 in the morning. Believe its due to the high ceilings. It was New Years also, so that probably played a part in it.
