Informationen auf den Zimmern (= 0), Kühlschrank fehlte, Aufzug nicht für uns zur Verfügung, Restaurant ohne Personal und geregelte Öffnungszeiten, Anlage insgesamt könnte gepflegter sein, Mobiliar nicht mehr zeitgemäß und teilweise zu sehr abgenutzt

Die Klimaanlage, Die Aussicht

Cons:

Die Wege sind teilweise recht lang, jedes mal wenn man den Parkplatz verlassen will muss man vorher zur Rezeption damit man den dazu notwendigen Chip erhält. Die Hotelordnung wurde nur mangelhaft durchgesetzt, mehrmals bin ich Nachts wach geworden weil auf dem Flur irgendwelche Feierlichkeiten ausklingen gelassen wurden. Rechnung wurde fehlerhaft ausgestellt.

Schön gelegenes Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, mitten in der Natur, direkt am Schloss Lichtenwalde gelegen.

Cons:

Die Personalbesetzung an der Rezeption, leider häufiger nicht besetzt, dadurch immer mal längere Wartezeit, wenn Personal da war konnte man aber nichts sagen, das war immer sehr freundlich ☺️
