Pros:

A localização é boa. Tive uma festa em um Buffet ali perto, e foi bem fácil o acesso. Pude ir a pé sem problema.

Cons:

Eu já sabia que era simples, mas tinha um lençol rasgado e o banheiro precisa de limpeza. Péssimo!!! Azulejos sujos.

Quarto cheirando a cigarro, mofo, banheiro estava todo molhando água saindo da privada, chuveiro péssimo até esquentava mas água saindo para todo lado!
Lençóis de cama cheirando guardado, cobertor os de mendigo na rua deveria estar melhor!
Paredes mofadas, cheia de teia de aranha!
