Hotel was clean and had nice pool. Close to food and shopping stores.

Cons:

Not all the staff were pleasent. Nite gentleman that covered the front desk made me wait and then treated like I was bothering him.

The room was fine, but the management needs help on the front desk.

It was what we would expect.

Cons:

Check-in was poor. The desk clerk had to retrieve his phone to unlock his computer. After that he was surly in his approach. I asked him to include my Bonvoy number to the reservation as the app was not working when I made my reservations. He was, as I said, surly, and blew me off that it didn’t matter anyway since they didn’t accept points. I wondered how he would possibly know anything about any of the system, since he couldn’t even unlock his computer without aid.

Cons:

Café da manhã (sem aveia, sem ovos cozidos e apenas com banana, que foi descongelada e, por isso, não tinha condições de se comer, estava mole e preta).
Edredom parecia que era feito de um tipo de plástico e fazia barulho, além de não ser confortável.
