Decent stay in Rawlins
Pros:

Easy access, clean room & comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Try Pinchi’s tacos for great authentic Mexican food!

Cons:

Main issue was breakfast. The coffee was barely warm, they were out of knives with a note that said there would be none until “the truck came in”! Same with orange juice.

Quick stay passing through
Pros:

Stayed the one night while traveling through. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Nice hotel, good location, clean, poorly managed.
Pros:

Right off the highway. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to be in good condition.

Cons:

There wasn’t coffee available, until breakfast started. At breakfast they had an omelet that had ham in it, with no label saying there was meat. It looked like just veggies at first glance. When asked if there was meat, the employee was unhelpful, dismissive, and didn’t provide an answer. The staff behind the desk were all very young, and were often on their phones. They were polite though and attempted to be helpful. One staff member appeared to be on shift for almost 24 hours, which leads me to believe that issues with the staff was due to poor management. The pool and hot tub were also out of order.

The bed and pillows were very good. Towels were very nice. We slept well. Thank-you for that.

Ok. I don’t think I’d stay here again
Pros:

The property was clean, and the attendant was very helpful.

Cons:

It took an hour from the time we arrived for us to get into our room. Which is extra frustrating when waiting out in a hallway that long with a newborn baby. First, we were given a key to a room that people were already in. Then they downgraded our room that slept six to a room that slept four without offering any compensation. We needed a room that slept 6 not 4….
The second room we rented we were given three different keys that wouldn’t work. Finally, a manager was called and our room was opened with a master key but then we did not have a room key.

If you’re going to allow third parties to reserve rooms, then make sure you have the room available that was reserved by the third-party.

Cons:

Loud grinding vibration couldn't sleep. When I called the front desk I was told I'm just an auditor it was around 10 or 11 pm "what do you want to get out of this". I said. Someone to come up and find out what the noise is and turn it off which she said she couldn't do. Really crappy response

It was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. I LOVED the beautiful walk-in shower.
Pros:

I didn't really eat the breakfast, just drank some milk. The location was great; I was traveling alone and was alittle concerned about being there alone. It wasn't a problem, I felt very safe. Thank you.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. It's nothing to do with you, but while I was sitting in the parking lot, 2 hunters walked by, both carrying more than one weapon. It freaked me out a little, I gotta admit.
