Tolle Lage in einem einfachen Hotel, das mit Herz geführt wird.
Pros:

Tolle Lage an einem super schönen und eher ruhigen Strand, sehr nettes Personal, danke an Tang und Luna, die unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Samui ganz besonders gemacht haben mit vielen tollen Tipps.

Already booked a room for next year!
Pros:

Great location. Off of the main road but close enough to walk to stores and 7-11. Staff were friendly and helpful. Jolan the owner was great as were Thang and Luna! Baal was a great tour guide and they had great food. Pool was clean and refreshing. Right on the beach. Beach chairs with cushions and bean bag chairs available with umbrellas and tables. Private pool right outside room. Beach area was not crowded. Perfect place to stay watch the sunset!

Cons:

Some things need some repair. Fairly minor. No hand towels. Bar and restaurant closed a little early.

Z powodu wypadku nie dotarliśmy na miejsce, a obiekt nie chciał nam zwrócić ani gorsza mimo próśb i negocjacji. Pobyt sprzedaliśmy, ale osoby tak przebywające oceniły obiekt jako bardzo średni.

Good hotel, one particular staff can be more friendly.
Pros:

It’s close to the beach, secluded. Great if you have your own transport otherwise everywhere is far and you will sit in traffic for a while. Luna was great to deal with over emails. The man at the reception is friendly too.

Cons:

One of the staff was quite hostile when we encountered a problem. I have truly forgotten that I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. This lady knocked on my door harshly the night I arrived. When I realised what the problem was, I apologised. I really felt bad as I didn’t intend for one of the drivers to wait at the airport for nothing. I did not mean to make that mistake and I owned that mistake. However this lady didn’t suggest how I can fix it but instead threatened me with calling the police lol. When I said I can pay the driver, her whole demeanour changed. It was an easy fix and she wanted to escalate it so quickly. That whole interaction made me feel uneasy in Koh Samui that I left earlier than I planned.

Amazing hotel and beautiful location
Pros:

The property was beautifully clean and spacious. The private pool was amazing. We had the corner family room and it was brilliant! The beach is just beautiful.
We ate lunch at the restaurant every lunch time, the food was exceptional. It was some of the best food we have eaten in Thailand (and we have been a lot!)
The staff were lovely, super smiley and welcoming.
Thank you so much, we will be back very soon!!!

- Schöner Strand
- Gab Spiele, Bälle etc. kostenlos zur Verfügung
- Bungalows sind schön & sauber
- Rollerverleih war gut und entspannt

Cons:

- Leider hatten wir wirklich super viele Mücken in unserem Bungalow, sodass wir vermieden haben viel im Zimmer zu sein + nachts nicht gut schlafen konnten
- Frühstück ist okay, nichts besonderes

Great location on a popular beach, wonderful staff, delicious food at reasonable prices, and spacious rooms. The rooms could use a bit of refreshing due to the high number of tourists, which is вполне understandable.
It’s especially nice to hear French being spoken — it almost feels like being on the Côte d’Azur.
Special thanks to Bon and Tang for their excellent service, and to all the staff for the warm welcome!

Excellent hotel with beach view and lovely staff!
Pros:

One of our favorite stays in Thailand. We had a room with a ”private pool” that was so nice. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Hotel pool and beach stools were also very good. Lovely beach and good food in the restaurant (i really recomennd trying their pad thai!). The staff were excellent and so welcoming/helpful. Also such a cutie dog there!

Cons:

Only bad thing is that i didnt stay here for longer!!
