Buena ubicación e instalaciones, pero servicio decepcionante

El personal nos aconsejó muy mal las excursiones, además decía que las entradas estaban incluidas y al llegar a los lugares nos hacían pagar. La lavandería nos destrozó toda la colada, destiñeron nuestra ropa y mal lavada, tuvimos que volver a dárselas para que las lavara bien y además no se hicieron responsables de la ropa desteñida. El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio que se paga, algo de muy mal gusto.

Pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais pr la seule nuit passée ici, la météo n'était pas favorable et DC la mer sombre et pas hyper joli du coup.

Nice stay
Pros:

Very simple but nice. Comfortable bed and plenty of space to put your things/luggage.
We loved going next door to FitKoh to have some delicious food

Si le paradis existe... Il pourrait bien être ici !
Nous avions la suite familiale avec 2 chambres très grandes et 2 salles de douches. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Douches au top.
Une piscine privée d'une taille correct et fidèle aux photos.
Une piscine pour l'hôtel qui donne sur la plage !
Des installations avec transats et gros coussins pour le plus grand confort des hôtes. Et un resto qui sert petit déj de qualité puis toute la journée (sauf dîner) des plats de qualité à des tarifs normaux pour la Thaïlande (donc très accessible)
Un personnel hyper gentil et aux petits soins. Un patron français qui partage ses bons plans de l'île.
GÉNIAL !

Cons:

Nous étions en famille et le nord de l'île est assez calme. Si vous cherchez à faire la fête dans le coin il faut bien 30min de taxi.

Pour nous c'était parfait.

Für uns der beste Platz der ganzen Insel . Wir hatten ein Strandzimmer und genossen die Nähe zum Meer. Neben einen zum Zimmer gehörigen Pool war der große Gemeinschaftspool. Besser geht es nicht. Das Personal und auch der Hotelbesitzer waren so was von freundlich und hilfsbereit, dadurch wurde es für unsere Familie zu einem unvergesslichen Urlaub. Neben unserem Hotelzimmer waren zwei ausgezeichnete Essenslokale. Sollten wir wieder auf diese Insel kommen würden wir auf alle Fälle wieder in diesem Hotel übernacht bleiben. Danke für die schöne Zeit!!!

Pros:

The hotel was awesome. The staff was very friendly and the room was exceptional!
Our kids loved being able to switch between the sea and the pool, and the hotel had all the accessories for the kids to enjoy the water (goggles, buckets, shovels...).
And having our own private pool was a great plus!
We couldn't hoped for a better stay.
Definitely a place to stay if you go to Koh Samui!!

Pros:

Klein hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Zeer afgelegen ligging. Ver weg van het feestgedruis. In de buurt meerdere mogelijkheden om uit eten te gaan.
Problemen die we hadden in de kamer werden ook zo snel als mogelijk opgelost (WC, kluis, schuifdeur).
Lekker ontbijt en leuk zwembad en strand.

Cons:

Er liep een straat tussen onze kamer en het strand en zeezicht is zeer beperkt.
Prive zwembad is een zwembad voor 3 kamers, opgesplits door poortjes in hout.
Vrij duur voor wat het is.

Le mobilier de l'hôtel est en fin de vie, fauteuil en mauvais état. Lumière dans la piscine n'était pas correctement fixée.

Wonderful stay on a quiet beach hosted by lovely people.
Pros:

Fantastic view of the gulf of Thailand from our room on the beach. Staff and owner were very helpful in every way.

Cons:

The climate and location next to the gulf wear on the property, so some maintenance is always happening.
