Nice option for a few nights in Nagoya.
Pros:

The hotel was well presented and maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel & great location
Pros:

Lovely hotel, perfect for a family stay & shuttle bus service available to the train station. The room size was very good for three people. We stayed one night as in a short trip to Japan. Perfect location for anyone intending to visit local attractions.

教会の大きさにびっくりなホテル
Pros:

部屋からの景色はZeppが見えて、
そろそろ行った方がいいかな〜とか
グッズ販売の様子が見れて個人的には便利でした。
近くにはコンビニや飲食店も多く利用しやすいホテルだと感じました。
Zeppに行く時はまた利用したいです。

Cons:

結婚式やカフェに力を入れているイメージのホテルでした。
もう少し清掃等に目を向けた方が更に良いと思います。

贅沢な時間
Pros:

朝食が贅沢です！The・ホテル朝食ですね( ⁎ᵕᴗᵕ⁎ )
種類が豊富で全てがとても美味しかったです。
夜に友人とロビーのお店で飲んでいる時に花火が上がって得した気持ちになりました😊

Cons:

部屋が思っていたより狭いなって印象です。

Not worth the money
Pros:

This is supposed to be a luxury hotel, but that is only thin veneer. The bed in the room was worn out and sagging in the middle. There is no provision of tea or coffee in the room. The lighting in the room can only be controlled from one side of the bed. The elevators are slow and often make a useless stop at the 4th floor where there is an additional reception. It is a miracle if you can find someone from staff that speaks or understands English. The shuttle bus to the station is more or less useless. You are dropped a long distance from the station. When asked directions from the driver on how to get there he pointed in the wrong direction. This is only a selection of mishaps at this hotel. Better find another hotel

娘とのプチホカンス
Pros:

多分建物自体は新しくはなかったと思いますが、とても綺麗で掃除もしっかり行き届いてました。また、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。
朝食のブッフェも種類も多く、美味しく頂きました。

特になかったです。

夜の教会の眺めが素敵でした。

Cons:

バスルームのシャワーや、蛇口が、水垢で白くなってきている。立ってからの年数や部屋数多いからそこまでは、掃除が行き届かないのかなと。ダブルルームの丸テーブル傷が気になった。
