Overraskende bra rom ,oppussing, frokost og generell tilstand. Deilig balkong. Savnet kaffe på rommet, men te ble et substitutt.

Hotel Impresja is an amazing place located in a heart of small city Duszniki Zdroj. This hotel has an atmosphere of art gallery and castle at the same time. Very friendly service, clean and confortable rooms, soft beds and good pillows (for those to whom it matters), AMAZING and delicious food (one of the best i had ever had in the hotels). Hotel is very close to the city center and at the same time close to the start of mountain trails, so every individual found it very well located depending on the needs. I am defenitely returning there and can recommend it to every traveller visiting the city.

Wygodny hotel w dobrej lokalizacji.

Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie. Hotel czyściutki i bardzo miła obsługa. Przepyszne śniadania... Dobre miejsce wypadowe.

Pyszne śniadania i ogromny wybór potraw, hotel bardzo ładny w świetnej lokalizacji, personel pomocny. Pokój przestronny z dużą łazienką, lodówką i czajnikiem oraz dużą ilością gniazdek elektrycznych. Minusy to za mało oświetlony pokój oraz pościel o brzydkim zapachu. Nie wykluczam powrotu do hotelu.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Świetnie położony, kameralny hotel. Szczególnie zachwyciły nas fantastyczne śniadania.

Zatrzymaliśmy się w drodze do Czech. Krótki ale miły pobyt, smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo blisko (1-2 min marszu) bardzo dobra restauracja. Polecam

Pokoj pro tři prostorný, čistý, vybavený ledničkou a soupravou na přípravu čaje a kávy nedaleko krásného parku. Postele pohodlné, personál příjemný. Snídaně bufetová, rozmanitá. Vybere si každý. V okolí různé aktivity a několik restaurací.

Przyjemny hotel z „klimatem” i w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. W pobliżu piękny park, pijalnia wód, blisko do centrum i rynku oraz urokliwego Czarnego Stawu. Pokój przytulny, z wygodnymi łóżkami, czajnikiem, wodą mineralną, wszędzie bardzo czysto. Śniadanie w formie szwedzkiego stołu i każdy znajdzie do zjedzenia coś dla siebie. Obsługa miła, pomocna i starająca się o wygodę oraz dobre samopoczucie gości. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Menadżer. Warto zatrzymać się w tym sympatycznym hotelu.

Very nice hotel in a really pretty area. Comfortable beds and astonishing value for money! We only stayed briefly travelling between Warsaw and Prague, but felt very comfortable at the hotel and everything was easy with our late check in etc. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Good hotel in great location, with friendly staff and very tasty breakfast.

Somehow it was not possible to pay upon reservation and we had to pay on-site. When we arrived, we were greeted in Polish and employee was not able to speak English. We didn't understand a thing, but eventually we figured out that the fee was charged from my credit card which was used for reservation. The employee wrote down the time of breakfast for us and even showed our rooms.
Probably the hotel is quite old, but freshly renovated. I liked the wooden beams at the ceiling of the room. The view from the window was just plain brick wall. Next morning I noticed that surroundings are actually pretty nice - there is even a small river.
Upon departure, we received a postcard. It is a very nice touch.

I spent a really great week here. Absolutely fantastic breakfast! I worked at the hotel most of the time - fast internet connection, a library, a bar and great service made it a perfect spot for remote work. There are also some nice places for lunch and dinner or for a relaxing walk. It's also close to have a ride and visit cities nearby. Loved it!

We stayed 5 nights and got large comfortable room with balcony. The food was tasty and the location is fantastic. Very kind and helpful staff. You can feel like at home :) I highly recomend, great value for the money!

Very nice and calm hotel. It's the best place to jaunts to the mountains: Szczeliniec, Błędne Skały etc. Very nice but first of all helpful staff. I recommend warmly. The very good price and conditions.

Pleasant hotel. Good breakfast - can ask for items not displayed. Good friendly staff. Hotel has no lift - in heritage building. Room nice but no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. Location next to resort park and mineral water house
