BlueSotel Krabi Ao Nang Beach

Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.

As a returning guest, Bluesotel has maintained the service & amenity standards in my 5th visit. Its location is also strategic to many eateries, convienient stalls & restaurants. Highly recommended to fellow tourists.

Great location, nice pool, room was good. Didnt like the breakfast. Otherwise very good value.

Nice property near aonang beach

The rooms were dated and dirty. Pillows were stained. The bed board on the bed frame was dirty however beds were comfortable. The lobby and pool area was nice. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The property is in walkable to the beach and all the shops and restaurants are nearby.

There were works and renovation going on which was not communicated prior to booking. Also the room lacked enough power switches. The shower water pressure was weak. The amenities looked bigger and more on the website so not sure if the renovations were effecting access to more amenities. Staff especially housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly. Some of the front desk staff less friendly.

Not adequate toilet and kitchen complimentary supplies either.

Unlikely to stay again.

Amazing hotel, great location to everything you could want in Krabi. Really great and spacious rooms, amenities are also top notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Location is great and the live music and craft beer at the 778th Street Bar was awesome! Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Ao Nang.

Good value & excellent location

Great location, helpful staff (AC wasn’t working and they fixed it right away), there was some remodeling being done in our floor so it was a bit noisy at times near the end of our stay during the day but overall still enjoyable. Second to last day we had two workers open our door to our room multiple times but I believe this was on accident as lots of the rooms were being worked on and they quickly left and closed the door once they realized we were still in the room. Overall 8/10 and I WOULD recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. The room was in poor condition, with chipped paint on the walls and damaged fittings both inside the room and around the hotel grounds.

The room had clearly not been properly cleaned — the floors hadn’t been mopped, there was sand left in both the bath and shower, and it was obvious the bed sheets hadn’t been changed, just hastily flipped to look tidy. It was quite unhygienic and uncomfortable.

The hotel was also incredibly noisy, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Adding to the unpleasant experience was the attitude of the staff at reception, who were unhelpful and downright rude when we raised our concerns.

This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star property. It felt neglected and poorly managed. I would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing.

the Location of the hotel was amazing, the pool with the swim up bar was also great to enjoy after being out in the heat. The room was good, clean but a few scraps and dents in the walls, the shower also flooded the bathroom and needed some tlc. otherwise was a good stay, the rooms closer to the front of the hotel seemed to be slighter nicer.

My husband and I had a great time at this hotel. They even gave us a higher floor and upgrade when we had arrived. The staff were amazing. Everything was clean. I use the pool every day. It’s very walkable to all amenities. The buffet breakfast included had lots of options we also ate dinner here one night. It was wonderful. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Welcome was not expected. We received only one room entry card while the room needs an additional card to stay climated when we where outside. By default they should give us two cards. We asked for a second card. The hotel is nice and well located.

Hotel staff are great. Facilities and location very good. WiFi connection very poor.

Nice hotel. Our air con was fine during the day and then would be unbearable over night and the following morning. We were given a fan but due to it being industrial was an uncomfortable night's sleep. Everything else was good. Great location and staff.

Great location, lovely friendly helpful staff , easy check in and check out , nice room , great amenities … will definitely be going back , would recommend to families and couples …

They didn’t offer a place to fill water bottles with filtered water. You get one bottle a day for free and then have to pay for extra.
