Beautiful hotel and lovely staff
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. The staff were lively, friendly and helpful - especially Chloe. The room we had was absolutely first rate as was the beautiful bathroom. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

The only downside was the fact that as the restaurant was being renovated, we couldn't sample the food and the breakfast was very disappointing as a result. We didn't bother with breakfast on our second day because of this. However, this did not detract from the fact that this hotel will remain one of our favourites and we will certainly recommend it to friends and family and stay again ourselves.

Absolutely amazing. Had the best experience ever. Fully rested.
Pros:

Breakfast was good quality. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Evening dining experience amazing. The meal was delicious and well oresented. The Christmas trees and hotel experience was amazing.

A beautiful, though rather expensive, treat to celebrate a family birthday
Pros:

Excellent food, an imaginative chef. Really attentive and helpful staff
The setting is superb, with Caerfai bay just down the lane, and stunning scenery.
Nice touch that there was a birthday card and prosecco for my son, whose 40th birthday we were celebrating.
Pleasant to have an outdoor sitting area.

Cons:

It will be even better when the spa is available.
Not sure about the proliferation of artificial trees in lounge area. A little overdone - and doesn't relate to the glorious natural scenery all around.
The cost for the rooms was high!

Peaceful, well located and not far from the center of St Davids. Staff very friendly, great barman who made excellent cocktails

Perfect stay in a stunning hotel!
Pros:

Everything was great. The bathroom was nice and big, with a huge bath, and nice toiletries. The room was great and it was nice to have a big TV opposite the bed. The extra touches were lovely as well, like the bathrobe and slippers, all the backlit mirrors, the fresh milk in the fridge and the heatproof mat for straighteners.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were so attentive.

There is literally nothing I can find fault with with Twr Y Felin

Cons:

Was a little disappointed at the menu choices for evening meal, very little variation and expensive for what it is. Spent over £80 for one course for two people, portions small although tasty... Was also dismayed to see upon checkout that it had a 1 hygiene rating ... may have chosen to eat elsewhere if we had been aware prior to booking evening meal
