Mir war nicht klar, ob das wirklich das gebuchte Executive Zimmer war, denn im TV unter My Room wurde ein anderes Zimmer gezeigt. Das habe ich erst am 4. Tag bemerkt
Das Angebot für Lunch/Diner ist unbefriedigend vom Angebot her, als auch preislich.
Als wir am Tag der Abreise noch 2 Expressos bestellten, musste ich diese bezahlen. Dies nach einer Hotelrechnung von ca. Fr. 4500!

Merveilleux emplacement, au coeur de la cité,! Le personnel est gentils et serviable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé les petites attentions à l’arrivée. Je recommande fortement cet établissement de haute qualité. Le spa inclus est apprécié, surtout après des journées bien remplies à marcher dans Paris.

We had a wonderful stay. I proposed to my girlfriend during our visit, and the hotel went above and beyond to make this the most special moment. A special thank‑you to Lola and the massage therapist. I truly recommend this hotel for their exceptional and personalized care for their guests.

The staff could not have been more helpful. From the front desk, to the concierges, to the housekeeping team. Just incredibly kind and responsive. The connectivity through WhatsApp was also hugely helpful and frequently utilized. Wonderful stay.
