Room and location were excellent for experiencing Paris!!

Great location , friendly atmosphere , room was bright with a great bathroom , cleanlines was excellent , very quit at night , service was very helpful every time , all amenities were excellent .

Exceptional hotel with connecting rooms for families. The concierge team couldn't have been more helpful arranging tours and catering to our every need while we were there. Perfect location, super central, and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are very clean, bright, elegantly furnished and seem new. Comfortable beds with lux bedding. We loved the restaurant and bar, the food was delicious and healthy! Amazing little outdoor patio with seating. We will definitely be back!

This is one of the most pleasant hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I traveled to Paris with my 16 year old daughter for a surprise birthday trip. We arrived early after an overnight flight, so our room was not ready yet. However, the staff gave us access to the shower/gym/changing room so we could freshen up before exploring the city. The bellman happily stored our bags until our room was ready. We received an upgrade to a suite based on diamond Hilton status, and they decorated the room with balloons, a cake, and a card for my daughter. She said it made her birthday and trip to Paris and that she felt so special. Rooms are spacious and very very clean. Centrally located near Louvre and within steps of Metro line 1. Continental breakfast was expansive and gave a very French experience. Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to return on our next visit to Paris!

Very comfortable & well-appointed room, great mattress. Shower was pleasant, easy operation. Friendly & courteous staff, front desk, concierge & restaurant. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent, also the selections for breakfast. Terrific location for walking to sites in central Paris.

My wife and I just spent a few nights at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the warm welcome that included a glass of champagne, to the helpful staff throughout the hotel, we were pampered and treated with the utmost in courtesy and helpfulness. The concierge staff helped us with restaurant reservations and transportation, the restaurant experience in the hotel was fabulous and we even had a chance to have a drink in the bar and that was very nice as well. I also got the chance to use the fitness center, steam room and jacuzzi (that also came with a glass of unexpected champagne!), and thoroughly enjoyed these amenities as well. The location of the hotel across the street from the Louvre and walking distance to Notre Dame and many attractions and restaurants is also ideal. Will definitely stay here again whenever in the Paris area.

During my hotel inspection I accidentally left my rings in one of the hotel’s public bathrooms and didn’t realise until later that day. I was incredibly relieved to learn that a staff member had found them and handed them in for safekeeping.

I cannot express how grateful I was to have them returned. The honesty, kindness, and professionalism of the staff were truly exceptional.

Thank you for turning a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. This is a beautiful hotel with outstanding service, and I would highly recommend it.

Superb hotel. Welcome was fabulous. Lovely check in with Safira who was just delightful l. I was visiting with a friend who I had not seen in over 30 years and the hotel upgraded us from a Superior room to their Prestige Suite. It was so wonderful. All staff were excellent. Suite was beautiful with the most stunning bathroom. Breakfast in the square was also fantastic. A wonderful experience in a lovely hotel in a brilliant location. I will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal was exceptional from beginning to end. Ideally located just a few blocks from Paris’s most iconic sights (The Louvre, Palais Royal Gardens, Champs-Élysées, Musée d'Orsay, cafés and designer boutiques), the property offers the rare balance of being centrally situated while still feeling peaceful, tucked away and secluded from the constant flow of Parisian visitors.

The hotel embodies boutique luxury at its finest—elegant, intimate and thoughtfully designed without feeling overly formal. Our room was quiet, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable after long days of sightseeing.

What truly distinguishes this hotel from many others, however, is the remarkable hospitality. From arrival to departure, every interaction with the team (front desk, concierge services, food & beverage staff) was welcoming, polished, attentive and genuinely gracious. Housekeeping maintained everything flawlessly while remaining discreet and unobtrusive throughout our stay. The hotel is incredibly fortunate to have such an exceptional and distinctive staff.

A very special thank you to our new “meilleur ami,” Germain. His kindness, warmth, professionalism and thoughtful attention to detail made our visit even more meaningful and memorable.

Paris is home to countless luxury hotels, yet this property leaves a lasting impression in a way few places can. If we could give it more than five stars, we would. The Grand Hotel Du Palais Royal will undoubtedly be "our hotel" whenever we return to Paris.
